I can't say enough great things about her. When my kids have a doctors appointment, they always make sure it's with Dr. Durant because they like and trust her so much. Dr. Durant is warm, caring, patient, and funny. and goes above and beyond any other doctor I've been to. She's extremely thorough and when she sees something unusual she won't stop searching until she's found the answer. Whenever I see her, it doesn't feel like I'm seeing a doctor, it feels like I'm visiting a friend. I've got a complicated medical history, and she's always making sure I get the care I need. Sometimes I disagree with her suggestions, but when I voice my concerns she not only listens, she also does an amazing job explaining why what she's recommending is something she feels is necessary. She takes an extraordinary amount of time with her patients, and I never feel like she thinks I'm wasting her time when I keep her in the room longer than expected. I also love how accommodating she is. If my daughter has an appointment and there's something wrong with me when I take them, she's always willing to check out my issue after taking care of my kids. I love it because it saves me an extra trip and saves time. Dr. Durant is the best doctor I've ever had. If you're looking for a doctor, I'd definitely encourage you to go to her because I can't imagine anyone else who would be as thorough, caring, patient & devoted to her clients as she has been from the very 1st appointment I had with her and every visit since.

Anyone nice had the good sense to leave this attitude factory already. First of all, hes nice to your face and has his nurses tell you the bad news or the no refill messages when needed. He let's women do the shit work. He dropped me over a $150 balance. I went there for 7 years. Discharged with no grace period medications or time to find another doctor. I am out of meds. Does he care? No. Apparently he REALLY is pissed over that $150, and not so much the fact that I'm stuck without ANY MEDICATION. A real doctor would advise against quitting 3 long term medications cold turkey. He doesnt give a shit. Joanne in billing you had my number! Why not call me if there was an issue? Why not get on the phone when I call once a month for refills!? Why wait and do it when you KNOW I'm fucked? You're a lazy bitch so please, go fuck yourself.

I would recommend Teresa at the Dousman Clinic if you are looking for a new physician who is not a doctor (because some doctors are too busy to really listen and ask the right questions) or you are looking for someplace other than a chain clinic that treats you as a patient number.
