I was blown away by how beautiful my modest bi-level home looked with the Full Circle Holiday Lights! Al of my friends and family raved about my home. The men who came to put up and take down the lights were very nice and professional, and you can how they cared for my home. The clips used were perfect - I remember the days when my Dad used a giant staple gun to up lights (causing damage!). My friends were especially impressed at how the lights stood up versus flat against the house. It gave my house a unique look. Horrible company ruined my sidewalk in front of my house, told me they did concrete work and looks like a 5 year old did the job!!! Didn't finish all the work they were suppose to and I paid for!!! Still waiting for them to come back and fix mess they made but I know they're not coming, they won't even return calls. Also charged my credit card without my permission!! We have used Full Circle the last several years for our holiday lighting. Their customer service is excellent, and they are very easy to schedule set up and removal times of the lights. We have the lights installed right before Thanksgiving and have them removed mid-January which gives us 2 months of holiday lighting enjoyment. If a bulb burns out, or if snow or bad weather damages one of the roofline strands they have been very quick to come back to the house and fix the issue. Several other neighbors have similar good experiences. We highly recommned! read more

Rating should be a negative. Used this company for a large patio project. They did not grade the lawn properly which caused excessive flooding we never had in the yard before, in addition the soil they put in the yard had shards of glass and debris in it which my dogs were vomiting up- the owner's response was that it was organic soil. The patio itself is sloped towards the house instead of away from the house, and the patio pools with water. It is feared that the water pooling has now caused rotting in the wood on the house. There are additional non- professional cuts that we are looking to have other landscape companies now fix and try to cover up. We are receiving estimates to rip up the entire patio and to lay it back down properly within 2 years of having the project done. When we voiced our displeasure with the project the main owner And next in line just shrugged their shoulders. The landscapers we have asked for estimates have thought the patio is 20 Years old and that's why it looks the way it does, but it is only 2 years old. They never attempted to fix the issues and made it seem that we were unreasonable, but when a patio is literally slopes towards your house instead of away from your house and your yard is flooding for the first time ever and there are shards of glass in brand new expensive soil? Yeah we are the unreasonable ones. i will not even get into other items and how they were explained and charged to us. read more

A bit shocked at what we paid Full Circle to rent and install Xmas lights....let's just say a small down payment on a condo!!!!! We are on our 3rd night in just 3 weeks of the install, without lights.....or worse yet, 25% are on and the rest off. Still waiting for someone to come out to fix......I called yesterday evening, so I am told I am last on the list for fixes today and it is now dark with minimal lights. So dissatisfied at this point!! Just a number.....thinking they should pay back for every night without lights x3=$750!!!! read more

This company deserves -5 stars. Worst costumer service - you call them and you expect to hear "oh well call you back" and never hear a word. You set them as your automatic lawn service and clean up and you have to call to see why nothing was done. Lastly they charge you for work that was NEVER done. There are plenty of other lawn service companies go with someone else or even better buy a lawn mower and do it yourself. read more

I used Full Circle for a few jobs at my home in Red Bank/Middletown and would not recommend. They installed 3 arborvitaes that all died within about a month of planting. During the same job, they also transplanted 2 of our preexisting magnolias. The quote clearly stated, "No Guarantee on Transplant" (which obviously refers specifically to TRANSPLANTING our magnolias). When I contacted them about the arborvitaes, they claimed there was no guarantee for the arborvitaes OR the transplants. They explained that weather and soil conditions are out of their control once something is planted and that we would have paid 2x more for a guarantee. I have never before heard of a landscaper refusing to stand behind plants they provide or an upcharge for a guarantee that plants will survive. For the record, shortly after their work was completed, we independently planted some other arborvitaes on the property that survived our weather, soil and watering just fine. I eventually had another landscaper replace Full Circle's 3 dead arborvitaes with new ones and they are thriving. Full Circle Lawn Care does not stand behind their work. read more
