The owner, Jerry, clearly stated there was nothing he could do about it. I voiced my concern about not being able to exit my home in the event of an emergency. I suggested perhaps the driver whom was only 10 minutes away could come back and make a path. I was so taken with his "I don't care" attitude especially being an owner. What is more disappointing was his lack of respect. His nasty tone thinking he is superior to everyone else. I wonder if he is this disrespectful to his workers. As they began to accumulate, I attempted multiple times to reach out to diffuse the situation and work on a resolution. And again no resolution was made despite multiple attempts. The only response I did get was basically placating me without giving me any solutions. The final straw for me was that they charged me for the services without my approval and without confirming that the job was complete, which, for my opinion, it wasn't because I was dissatisfied with the services and no one had provided me with a resolution

I have bought wood from many locations for 30 years so when it was delivered(I was not home and prepaid $300 plus $79 for delivery) I saw that it wasn't close to a cord. I stacked it and carefully measured it so I know it was short. I'm not trying to cheat anyone. I went today to state my case and was told my wood was prepared like everyone else so it should have been correct. I was told that I may have stacked it too tight. Wood sits on top of the next piece and so on. It stacks itself so you can't stack it too tight. I was told he was not going to argue with me. He said they would give me extra on the next order. Are you kidding me? Bottom line is I received no satisfaction. Also there was a huge amount of waste and small stumps some as small as six inches. If you want a good wood count and good customer service I would go elsewhere.
