I was thrilled at the opportunity to support a charitable cause while also having my home lit up beautifully for the holidays. My experience initially was wonderful. The owner, Justin, was personable and professional and seemed passionate about helping charitable organizations. We scheduled our installation and I was looking forward to sharing my experience and supporting this business. Shortly after installation we had some issues with our lights. I contacted the company and they came out to fix the issue, we had to wait a few days but I was ok with that. Not long after we again had issues with the timer and our lights were turning on at odd times of the night and days. I contacted the company and our rep again to make them aware of the issue. I was told someone would be out in a few days....that never happened. Two weeks later I inquired again and was given excuses as to why they hadn't come out and was then told that I would have to pay for a service call despite the fact that on their website it states "However, should a pesky squirrel chew through a wire, ice buildup break a bulb, or a rogue snowball takes down santa, just give us a call and we will be right out to repair any issue. Free of charge. We will keep your holiday display looking perfect until take down day." I emailed the owner, who I had worked with initially To let him know about our experience. I emailed him twice. I never heard back...until I called him tonight after he sent someone to remove our lights. To say he was dismissive of my concerns is an understatement. He was rude and took NO responsibility for the lack of customer service. In fact, he went as far as to say that he didn't think my email warranted a response since there was "no question in the email." I told him that I would have at least expected an acknowledgement and apology for the bad service. He then told me again that I should pay for service calls. I made him aware that his website clearly paints a different picture of the customer service experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. For the amount of money that they charge the experience is hardly worth it. I am at least grateful that my money went in the pocket of a worthwhile charitable organization instead of to this man who clearly doesn't value his customers.

What impressed me even more was how the company ultimately responded when some outdoor equipment was accidentally damaged during the work. Hector was the gentleman that gave me the quote and did the work. He was super nice, they did a full sprinkler system install in 1 day. He showed me how to use the app, adjust the heads, and they put down grass seed when done. Also they accidentally cracked one of my blue stones but they replaced it within a few days of the job. When they activated the my sprinklers earlier this season, they told me that I needed a new filter--when the service person realized he didn't have the part in the truck, he told me that I actually don't need the filter replaced. Earlier this year Conserva was hired to manage the irrigation system of my 600 unit townhome community. They were the lowest cost provider and their schizophrenic performance to date vividly illustrates the concept of false economy. You would think they were charged with managing the Hoover Dam... I wouldn't let them open a fire hydrant within two thousand feet of my home. System knowledge is nowhere to be found as trial and error, Ouija board troubleshooting has yielded burnt grass and a tsunami of absurd excuses. And of course the people who made this decision feign ignorance and point fingers in every direction but their own. One star for their endless stream of professional fecklessness and what has morphed into an amusing farce.
