I really appreciated Dr. Andruchow's knowledge and patience with me. There was often a parking spot close to the clinic and it was free too. The seating area has about 6 or 7 seats and it's never so busy that every seat is taken. The rooms have magazines but I never wait long to see the doctor. Her front staff would call me to remind me of appointments and also when they would book my ultrasounds. There was confusion once when the staff didn't know where I wanted to book it even though I was going to the same lab for the last few years and I booked my appointment myself. The staff seemed to have changed over the years but overall they are alright.

Physio treatments (I only went for two) were subpar. Actual treatment itself was only 15 minutes. My previous clinic that I went to before we moved to Fort Saskatchewan provided one solid hour appointments for clients.
