I didn't deal with it properly--I just threw a big rock over it, covered it with dirt, and forgot about it. Recently, I got a dog who discovered the rock and dug it up. I called RDE, and the owner came by the very next day. He told me I was lucky the pipe hadn't clogged with dirt yet. He went back to his shop, grabbed the right cap pieces, and repaired the pipe that same day. Great guy, super fast service. And thanks to the repair, there's no way my current dog is digging this up again.

We rented restroom trailers from Whitewolf for our wedding in June. We got the higher-end Porta…read moreLisa restrooms with 3 separate stalls. The restrooms were really nice -- we actually got lots of compliments about them throughout the weekend from our wedding guests. What wasn't quite as good was the customer service. We primarily interacted with Merrilyn on the phone and through email, and she was disorganized and generally unhelpful. It took her over 5 months to come back to us with a contract (after we nudged her many times), and when she finally did provide the contract, she tried to charge more than what we had discussed over email. Then when I called to ask her to honor the agreed-upon amount she refused and told me to find another vendor (all this weeks before the event), and actually screamed at me over the phone. I was convinced we would have to find a new vendor at the last minute, but I guess she calmed down and had a change of heart a few hours later and sent over a new contract with the original rate. The other issue was the lack of communication within the company. The installers were really friendly and came right on time to drop off the restrooms. But they came to take them away 3 hours before the time agreed upon in our contract. Luckily, I was able to run out and stop them before they left with the trailers, but the response I got was "no one told me that". Which tells me they're simply not a well organized or well communicating company. I would probably go with a different company if I had to do it again, but as I said, the restrooms were lovely.
