My Homeowners insurance was suddenly cancelled due to "hurricane mitigation" so the company was cancelling all of their Florida policies. I had just over a month to get new insurance to prevent the dreaded "lapse" of insurance problem. I called him on Thursday and he scheduled me for the next day. He was exactly on time and did a thorough 4-point inspection which was required by any new insurance company. He updated me all along the way about any issues that he observed both the good and the not so good. I really appreciated his honesty and full explanations of the inspection report. Dustin was excellent! He exceeded my expectations by a long shot. His communication skills are excellent. Any questions I had before or after the inspection he answered within a very short time frame no matter what time of day or night. I was unable to attend the inspection and had only seen the house twice for maybe 15 minutes each time and it was loaded with furniture!
