Not only were we awakened by their sounds during the evening but they had made holes in the ceiling of our garage. Mike did an inspection, gave us the results and even provided photos of his findings. He went over what needed to be done to get rid of them and gave us a fair price. It was New Year's Eve but Mike got to work right away. He set up traps and sealed off entry points. He came back very few days until our unwanted houseguests were gone. I highly recommend them! Back in 2017, we purchased a home in Belleview, and as the rainy season began, we discovered a leak…read morecoming down in our West Garage wall. We called BatterBee, and a young man came out, knew exactly what was causing the leak, and got right to fixing it. Never had another problem. This year, 2025, we decided because the house was aging and it was now after Hurricane season, we decided to replace our roof. Anthony Bax came out, explained what the project would involve, and the cost. We signed right away, knowing we had the Right company for the replacement of our roof. They took all the precautions to safeguard our shrubs, flowerbeds, and windows, covering them with netting. They even laid a tarp down in the driveway before bringing in their dumpster to collect the old roofing shingles. In two days, we had a new roof. The first thing I noticed was how quiet the house had become. We live 2-3 blocks from the four railroad crossings where the train horn alerts each and every time at each crossing. We can no longer hear the trains. We had our house painted last year ( 2024 ) in a light gray. We chose " Pacific Ocean Shingle in a two-tone gray color in Owens Corning shingles and couldn't be more pleased with the results of the new roof. We also got a lifetime warranty against Leaks, with all materials and labor covered. Our Warranty is Transferable, which is a great selling point when we are ready to sell.

I left a voicemail on Thursday 9/4/25. The next day, a roof installation technician arrived and inspected the inside portion of the skylight and pointed out reasons why it was not leaking. He then inspected the roof around the skylight so as to confirm his inspection results. Great communication skills while reassuring his findings. I highly recommend Hill Roofing and Seamless gutters because they stand by their warranty even though I am a different home owner.
