Then I was asked for payment and the lady stood on top of me till it was made. Definitely would recommend them to get things more organized and would not hire again unfortunately. Midway through the service, I was contacted and informed that an additional $90 would be required for another hour because the allotted 2.5 hours was insufficient to complete the job. Upon arrival, multiple agreed-upon areas were not completed, including the inside of the oven, microwave, refrigerator, living room, and patio. At no point prior to booking was I informed that the entire service--including add-on services--was capped at a total of 2.5 hours. Had this limitation been disclosed, I would not have proceeded with the booking. Expecting two cleaners to complete a deep clean plus add-on services within this timeframe is unreasonable. The mid-service request for additional payment, combined with incomplete services, resulted in a failure to provide the services as represented at the time of booking. The cleaning staff were professional and courteous, and this review is directed solely at the company's policies and practices. I paid for The Crew Cleaning Services LLC to go to the property and provide an estimate after seeing the property in person which they called an In Person Walk Thru. This cost $30 and would go towards the cost of the cleaning if I approved of the estimate. They did that February 27th. Kristin P. called me after the walk thru estimate, in which they took photos and looked at the scope of work, and told me the quote was $955. The price was so high due to the condition and they would need to toss their cleaning supplies after the cleaning. I let her know my primary focus was getting the floors cleaned as they are all tile throughout the house and once the furniture was removed, there was dirt and dust caked on the floors. I agreed and had to pay the $925 prior to her scheduling the work. The cleaning was scheduled March 7th. I met her at the property and let her in. She viewed the property again at that time. We planned on doing a little work on the outside of the property that day. She asked us to leave so she could start and shut the door. I thought this was odd, but everyone has their own processes. After about 4.5 hours, I received a text that she was done. I thought that was very quick. She did let me know she did not clean a bathroom shower as a cat had used it as a restroom once. I went to the property as we were scheduled to go on the market that day. I walked in at it looked like the same condition that I left it in. The floors were not cleaned, the windows were not cleaned, the baseboards were not cleaned, the toilets were not cleaned, the stove was not cleaned. All of which were in her estimate. I paid double if not triple the price of a vacant home cleaning because of its condition. She viewed the property and gave me an estimate based on its condition. And she did not do the job.
