We needed to work on our garage and couldn't find a way to work through the utter mess that was in there. Rachel came in with structure, incredible organizational skills and a kind approach that helped us accomplish a miracle in our garage. We went from being unable to access anything inside to having ample room and a place for everything. She was able to look at the space and see the vision of how it had to look. I had contacted a few other movers prior, but none could accommodate a move on such last notice. I've recently relocated for work with my new job starting in a week, and I really needed movers within 3 days. After *almost* giving up hope I came across Lux. I called them, and low and behold, they were able to send movers on such short notice! Thinking this is too good to be true, I went ahead and gave them a chance (especially because they were more affordable). On the day of my move everything went smooth. The showed up with the size truck I required and the number of movers we agreed on. The movers took good care in packing and moving fragile items and furniture. Within a few hours everything was packed and ready to go. All in all, I recommend you give them a chance.

Needless to say I was in shock. Understanding my angst Melissa at Dixon Moving adjusted my move schedule at the last minute and worked to find me storage and took care of all the logistics.
