This is the third move and assembly we've done using Andersen Moving. Ryan, the owner and crew are great guys. Professional, careful, courteous, friendly and responsible. The first move was from a 14th floor condo. The second was from my daughter's garage to our house in Jupiter. The third was to Stuart, which included a pickup in Jupiter, and a ton of assembly requiring use of the much coveted Allen Wrench. The move and massive assembly were par excellence. The work ended up being more involved than originally expected. The crew stuck with it on a Sunday until completed perfectly. I can't give this team enough accolades. I lucked out when I came across a FB post that recommended this company. I was rather surprised to see so many glowing recommendations as most moving companies are dishonest and unreliable. I'm here to tell you that Ryan and his crew are amazing. They are everything you would want in a moving company. They are honest, professional, trustworthy, and treat your stuff as they would their own. They helped me to move from Miami to PSL...they were punctual, worked at a pretty fast pace, and did so with smiles on their faces. I was very anxious about this move as I had a lot of fragile stuff including some large art on canvas. Ryan advised me of all the options available for packaging my art and carefully boxed the larger pieces and transported them. The true test of a business is when something goes wrong. Ryan went above and beyond to fix what was easy to occur mishap during a chaotic moving day. An item I needed to keep in Miami got placed on the truck and went to PSL. I let Ryan know what happened and without hesitation he promptly offered to meet me at my storage unit where he unpacked and repacked lots of things to get to the missing item. After all that work, he refused to be compensated for going out of the way. Don't hesitate to use this company for your moving needs. They are affordable and reliable. Andersen Moving saved us! My kiddos and I were unable to move a few heavy and bulky items from our cross-country POD into a local storage unit and needed help. Unfortunately, no other moving company would consider helping us stating that they were too busy or unwilling to add a small job to their schedule. We were stranded. i am a renter that had an emergency move. i called Andersen movers Sunday morning. They were here Monday morning ! they were fast, efficient, and extremely reasonably priced, and no damage to any of my belongings, and - it was my fault, because i was rushed- i accidentally overpaid them, and they were kind enough to call me the same day, and tell me i overpaid, and refunded the over payment back to my card ! these guys get 5 stars all the way, and i highly recommend them to anyone moving, especially if you are a renter, and on a tight budget, or a tight schedule, or both. i feel from my personal moving experience with Andersen movers, that these guys are as good as it gets. i could not have asked for a better moving experience, and this was an emergency 3 county move , as in i was moving three counties away. read more
