One of these places is found in Stoney Creek, Ont. and in particular at 10 Pinelands Avenue there you will find a shop known as Ultimate Cycle and therein you will find two of these such individuals. First the larger one and leader of the gang is known as Brian or Bryan (it doesn't matter how you spell it a rose is a rose by any name) and the smaller one is known as Tim but do not let his smaller stature fool you, he is a genuine ne'er do well also. I advise anyone visiting this location to do so at their own peril and be aware that attending near the lunch hour be patient as the consumption of food during this time is very important to these rascals. As for their skill and knowledge of motorcycle repair you will not find two more knowledgeable and helpful mechanics. They are willing to not only repair your bike but they will also provide advice and guidance if you are attempting to sort out your problems on your own. I do however suggest that when you approach these wizards of motorcycle repairs be polite, cordial and just nice and if you really want to score some brownie points, I suggest that you bring two Dilly Bars or other appropriate gifts of sugar for the purpose of offering a sacrifice to the wizards. Sugary treats will tend to placate the angry portion of their auras and will aid in your quest for help with your motorized wheeled vehicle problems. Thank you Bryan/Brian and Tim Uncle Dennis

Scumbag owners. DO NOT TRUST!…read more I told them exactly what the issue was with my bike and exactly what I wanted to be repaired. They then proceed to work on the WRONG SIDE OF THE BIKE WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. Did not fix anything on that side of the bike but demanded payment because of the labour. They must be falling on financial troubles to pull this type of bs on their customers and most customers probably don't know any better. I will admit they did fix exactly what I told them to but did more "labour" to the opposite side of the bike to scam me. I refused to pay for a while as I did not agree to this and they did not ask for consent before proceeding. They held my bike and said they would destroy my credit and charge me for storage fees. A few weeks later I paid because I thought they would tamper with my bike. I wouldnt put it past them due to the horror stories I've heard from friends and some of their prior customers. I would highly reccomend to stay far away from this shop.

The bike seized after 90km and they want him to pay to replace the engine, which is going to cost $3000, because they are accusing him of tampering with it. The bike was locked up the entire time he was in possession for less than 2 weeks before it seized during his first ride on the highway. They are sketchy and I would suggest you go to another dealership.
