When he loaded up my motorcycle at the storage facility, he sent me photos to see that he had secured it with soft loop straps to prevent scuffing, a wheel chock, and had secured it at four points, not just two, to make sure it didn't move at all during transport - conscientious and professional. And his cost: in the world of "You get what you pay for"...I didn't pay enough - he should've charged me more. But Adrian isn't out to make a buck, he's making himself available to help his extended family (everyone who is passionate about riding). Many thanks to Adrian and his motorcycle towing service. I needed to pick-up a sport bike in Hamilton in early December, and contacted him to find out about his services. He was very professional, and quoted a competitive (and reasonable) rate. We made arrangements for him to help with the transport and delivery of the bike, and I gave him directions to the site. Since I was on a tight schedule, it was important that he met me at a specific location at a certain time. He delivered well beyond expectations. Adrian showed up early, and loaded the bike up with care on his trailer. I noticed the special tie-down straps that he used were designed to not damage the fairings during the transport of the motorcycle. After a safety check, he drove my bike to my requested destination, and unloaded with care and consideration. I shopped around before calling these guys but it turns out starting rates to tow intercity are insanely high for some other companies. I live in Toronto, and I wanted a tow that was only half hour away. This company was the cheapest and it was reasonable. I was even more thrilled to see that the service I got was not what you expect from a discount company. Every interaction I had was easily considered amazing customer service. I felt like I didn't have to be my usual paranoid self and I received an update before pick up for an accurate ETA. They showed up on time and knew how to get to the drop off location. Well, as the Motorcycle Supershow approached, I started calling around for transport to and from. Naturally as the date was near the prices for transport soared until I came across Adrian. Cool dude with reasonable rates who did a no nonsense job and I was very pleased that he could drive right into the underground and load up a custom bike. I live in a downtown Toronto condo, and when we had some nice weekend weather I wanted to get out for a spin. Click click, nothing happened.
