Full Tilt Towing is an absolute disgrace to the towing industry, their customer service is even worse than their lack of towing ability. You probably dont even have to know how to color between the lines to get a job here.
CAA sent them to drive my car to Winnipeg as no one in Brandon can fix my car, my car was undrivable, yet the driver, in an astonishing display of laziness, insisted that I back my own broken-down car out of my driveway to make it easier on him (Foolish me to gave in to that request). I was flabbergasted! If I could drive it, I wouldn't have needed a tow in the first place. His job was literally to tow the car, and he couldn't even manage that.
But it gets worse. This genius parked his massive truck with a giant T-bar hanging off the back, blocking me in without any thought or awareness. I couldn't even see this T-bar from where I was sitting in my car, yet he stood there on the side waving me on as if it were safe. Following his "guidance" (because, again, I couldn't see his T-bar), I ended up reversing right into it. His incompetence and laziness created a completely avoidable accident.
As soon as i pulled ahead after making contact the tow truck driver hops in his vehicle and pulls 3 feet ahead (giving me more room) Too bad the damage had already been done.
When I asked if there was damage, he gave me a casual, "that sucks, man," like he couldn't care less. Then, in an infuriating twist, he whipped out his phone to take photos and says to me "its a good thing I didnt take my pictures yet", clearly trying to make it seem like the damage was already there, covering up for his complete lack of care and professionalism.
Full Tilt Towing is a joke, staffed by lazy, unprofessional people who lack the basic skills and honesty needed to handle customers' vehicles. They are beyond incompetent, and their customer service is nonexistent. This was a -10/5 experience, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Avoid these clowns at all costs if you value your vehicle, your time, and your sanity. read more
