They helped me solve several logistical issues with a cross-country move, were extremely accommodating and friendly, and helped get the trailer hooked up and gave lots of good tips and advice for towing it. I had a problem with the ball hitch and the wiring connector for the lights, and they also solved both of these issues for me.
