If I could give him a negative rating I would. WHAT A JOKE! Can't even put the correct date on a letter to the heirs much less decide if he's the estate's attorney or the personal representative's attorney. Six heirs and at least three different stories!
He talks in circles to keep you on the phone to pad your bill, returns phone calls to whom he chooses based on whether or not he thinks he can intimidate the person. Returns calls to the heirs in their 50's and 60's but won't call the ones that are younger. Telling the older heirs that they don't know the law but talking in circles when asked to explain.
Holds meetings with the heirs to later change his recollection of the decisions, agreements and comprimises that were made at the meetings. When he's questioned he states what the last meeting cost the estate... you'd think that for $1500 a meeting he would have an assistant or secretary there taking notes!
