I got hit by a car. My car was on the border of being written off. This led to a lot of discussions…read morebetween the body shop and the claims department. Unfortunately, there was significant difficulty on the part of the claims department to keep track of the stage of where things were at in resolving my claim. Specifically, I was getting messages that they recommended repair verbally at the same time as being told that it was written off by email and via the online portal. Dez at my home office was very helpful to help me resolve the issue. He was easy to get a hold of/available and communicated with the claims department to help get me a single claims agent which helped with consistently in their communication/message Re the state of the claim. He definitely simplified this process.

Because of COVID-19 I was forced out of work. When I called to see what my options for pushing back…read moremy payments/ canceling unnecessary policies I was told, "Umh I'm not sure what you want me to do for you. We don't offer a policy for viruses" and then told my payment would continue to be drafted even if I had no money in my account. Then, I received a condescending email "I just want you to know, this will only push out the due date of your next bill and whatever that amount is will be broken down/added onto your following bills." As if I'm trying to avoid paying my bills! I understand, and would be more than will to pay my bill once I have some $ flow, whether it be UI or getting back to work! I 10/10 DO NOT recommend working with this agency, as clearly they do not care about the customers!
