Purchased a washer and dryer and needed to have the old ones hauled away for a fee. The service techs Jimmy and Josh called me 15 minutes before they got here. Ok we bought a returned ge cafe refrigerator for about 2400.00 6 months later ,condensation in freeze. Leaking ice and water into freezer,temperature of bottled water and refrigeration items warmer than I like not cold enough,so I tried the temp to lower than 37,but it did not change due to factory ,the we called we are waiting on second repair. I can not return,because of 30 day policy. So I have thrown out food in freezer because with crystalization,I could not trust. We are between a rock,and a hard place. There has been trouble with these,that I read about. My fault for buying a returned product. I wish there is a nice way to help each other. I do not know what to do. read more

NEVER and I mean, NEVER, use Fullertons for any of your appliances. Day 1 of installing our new washer it didn't work... had to wait an entire week for them to come out and "fix" it. After a few more weeks we had to have them come out because it stopped spinning so they "fixed it" again. About 1 month later we had to have them come out YET AGAIN because the washer was making extremely loud noises so they "fixed it" by putting plastic covered on the bottom of the washer. Here we are now almost a year out and our BRAND NEW WASHER FROM FULLERTONS is still a LEMON. They said they would be here at 9am to look at it because I work at 10am. It's now 9:45 and they are not here. Never give these people your money. in this economy of living paycheck to paycheck and trying to just make it by for me and my kids, I am now out of a brand new washer due to Fullertons selling me a lemon and making sure to not address it during my warranty still being effective. read more

Last year I bought my refrigerator there The guy was great, helpful and answered my questions. He asked what I was looking for, features, price point. So i went back this year for a washer. The young wonan was argumentative and what she saud was completely inaccurate. Online they had a washer with a 10 year warranty she laughed abd said washers only come with a 1 year warranty except one model that has 3. I had told her I had a roper washer and had looked at them in Mercer. She said they are no longer made. Except..they are. I went to their website and called the appliance store in Mercer. She was rude, seemed to have some know it all response no matter what I said. She even insulted one of the other employees while speaking with me. I was very disappointed as I really wanted to buy local where the store also services them. I left and gave my thousands to a competitor where it was also a little less expensive, could be delivered in less that 24 hours, and the salesman actually asked what I was looking for, my price point, features that were important to me. I have heard from others they had the sane negative experience with her. Sales are definitely not her thing. read more

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a part at a price of $180. The installation of the part literally involved plugging it in. The part didn't resolve the problem. When I went to return it, they said they will not accept returns on installed products. I am out the $180 but they are out my business as I will go to another store to buy my new washing maching. read more

One of the worst experiences! Loyal local friends encouraged us to stay away from Lowes and try Fullerton. Purchased an appliance. We were told it would have adjustable features, but it didn't when it arrived. I should have known then to return it. Told the employee and he acted shocked but didn't offer to remedy it or how he could remedy it. Knowing that appliances were hard to come by lately we figured we would keep it. We also purchased a warranty and were told that the paperwork would be coming shortly. 6 months have gone by and no paperwork! Several times we inquired and were told a bunch of incompetent reasons why they didn't have it.. they didn't know how to use the computer, their employee was sick, the other employee was working on it, they would have it the next day, etc. We couldn't imagine them backing up the warranty work after all these tales. I fought the charge with my charge card company and wanted nothing more to do with these buffoons. read more

This company has what so many other companies lack - GREAT customer service! Bought a gas dryer and kit to change it to propane from them. When we got home we found out there were no directions with the kit. We called and they not only fit us right in and got it done and ready to go within an hour and a half but they waived the usual fee. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. read more

My husband wanted to get me a stove for Christmas and we wanted to shop local, but from the moment we walked in the door it was a negative experience. The three team members didn't get up to greet us- we were the only customers in the store- not a "Hello" or a sneeze in our direction and continued their conversation. When they did finally saunter over to help, the gentleman was rude and condescending. He continued to point out that they had low stock, but "since I *needed* one they had lots of cheap ones to choose from... not that $7,000 one by the door though... that one they already sold to a DOCTOR." No offers to order any or have us look at what our online options might be, just a "don't know when they'll come in" Um... A. I don't *need* one; my husband intended it as a special treat for Christmas for his wife to enjoys cooking. B. We don't want a cheap one, we would like a *nice* one. C. I am the daughter of a doctor, and I'm not impressed that a family practitioner bought an overpriced stove. D. I'm not interested in waiting until after the new year when prices are notoriously worse just because you take me for a dolt who will wait for you to restock instead of choosing what I want. I wish I could say that we had a worse experience at chain stores like Lowe's, but they actually took the time to answer all of our questions, make suggestions, and encouraged us to explore all the options before making a decision. It isn't chain retailers that are crushing small businesses, it is poor customer experiences. I'm a girl who likes to shop and eat local- but when it comes to this experience I wish we had started at the chain stores. read more

I ordered a microwave to be delivered and the old one taken away. The price was quite high but I'm elderly and disabled and was willing to pay for that service. Employee 'A' said he'd order it and it would arrive on Tuesday. He would phone and arrange a Wednesday delivery. By late Thursday I had given up and ordered one on line. It arrived the following Tuesday. I unpacked it, found a home for the old one and got a message from employee 'B' saying they would be in the neighborhood to deliver it. I phoned to say it was too late and got an apology from employee 'C', although she didn't know who 'B' was. Later that day I got a call from employee 'D' asking if they could deliver it. He had not gotten any messages regarding my cancellation . Left hand, meet right hand. Lordy, should have read Yelp earlier. read more

I bought a part for my dryer at this place. I installed it only to find that the part was defective. I took the part back and the owner gives me a hard time about returning installed parts. How was I to know the part he sold me was defective unless I installed it. The owner eventually refunded my money but not without a ton of drama. He said "now I'm out 50 bucks". Well... yea you sold the defective part. You want your customers responsible for for the parts you sell? This guy was a total jerk about the whole thing. I would not recommend this place.
