I asked why he couldn't have called me to tell me this so I didn't have to be at home. His response was that they had a meeting that morning and he was told to come out and tell me. i had taken the day off work for nothing! We have a joke in our house: how many visits does it take a service technician to fix a light bulb in a freezer. The answer will be ten if they get it fixed the next visit! Fast forward about three weeks and our dryer is now screeching from the drum motor being off center and it sounding like rusty rubbing metal... Do NOT use this business, ever!!
