I booked this company through Amazon for a deep cleaning. All communication was via email and or text which is fine with me. They arrived on time and there were two people to get the job done. They did a really great job for us. They did everything that was promised. I have no complaints. I would definitely book them again. This was the worst service we have ever experienced. We had guests coming in from out of town and we wanted to make sure that our home looked pristine. So, we scheduled this service through Amazon, which would seem like a safe way to go about it as we assumed that Amazon must vet all their providers, right?; obviously my rating indicates otherwise. First of all, the ridiculous method that this "company" uses to set up their appointments is only through email or text message... they won't speak with you over the phone, which will mean more in a minute. When they finally arrived, as they were an hour late, the communication issue became clear... they only spoke Portuguese, and take a guess how many languages other than English I speak?... none! We tried to use Google Translate, but to no avail we could only get a few things across. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that this was supposed to be a "Deep Clean." Their cleaning method was worse than what I typically do on a daily basis. The deep cleaning was supposed to include: washing windows, sliding door tracks, intense dusting, floor scrubbing, etc..., But they went about it like they were just sprucing up and didn't even attempt to do what they advertisement on Amazon's site stated: https://www.amazon.com/Deep-Cleaning-1500-2250-sq-ft/dp/B00UBYCDQO/ref=redir_mobile_desktop?_encoding=UTF8&ref_=vas_gw_BB_DCfrid2&pldnSite=1). The following is from the Amazon site: --Clean bathroom vanity, tub, mirrors, toilet, shower tracks, hand wipe bathroom baseboards, and exterior of bathroom cabinets... they used the same dirty rags to wipe down everything?!?!?! When they were done, it looked worse than when they started. --Clean kitchen counters, sink, table, stove top, interior and exterior of microwave, exterior of fridge, oven (range hood and drip pans), and hand wipe exterior of kitchen cabinets... they hardly even touched anything in the kitchen, and barely moved anything to clean under stuff. --Dusting of blinds, window sills, and light fixtures (within arms reach)... they never touched the blinds and we had to go behind them after they left to get all the dust off. --Mopping, vacuuming all rooms, washing of interior windows and sliding glass door (within arms reach)... their vacuum was disgusting and we had to lend them our Dyson to make sure that they did a thorough job. --Interior trash cans emptied and brought to outside trash can... they emptied the trash and left the bags in the middle of our living room!?!?!? We had far greater expectations for this given that it was through Amazon, but clearly you should never take things for granted and assume that just because something is beings backed by a multi-billion dollar conglomerate that it will actually live up to your standards. We called Amazon within minutes of them leaving and managed to negotiate a credit of our $96. And Amazon added $104 for our trouble and disappointment. However, we still need to get the house cleaned!!!! However, the credit is in our Amazon account, and we will still have to use their service to schedule another company, which is now going to be crap shoot at best. read more
