Inside the club, you'll find a magnificent bar, staffed with some phenomenal people, as well as a full service kitchen. The views from the bar of the barnegat bay and Toms River are soecatcular, by far some of the best in the area. The food is good and the drinks are plentiful....it's a great spot in the area. They also care about the community, with sponsorships for a lot of local organizations as well as the police department. In all honestly though, it's not ALL country music. They dance to pop, oldies, & many different types of music as well. Between 6:30 & 7 PM the teacher will teach new dances. Throughout the evening, he calls any new people over to the side to show them steps to the songs they are going to play. There are people of all ages with a much varied skill level. The beauty of it is, everyone started out in the same place, not knowing a single step. The more experienced dancers have no problem helping out anyone who is new to dance. Somehow, the music, comradery, exercise & the release of all of those endorphins just makes you feel good. I have going for 4 years now. Me, the one who 'didn't like country music'. I'm hooked!
