I use to work for these criminals when I was younger in 2006 when they were located off President…read moreSt in Savannah GA.I was a struggling newly wedded father who needed all his coins.We were responsible for putting up tents they rented from Ranco tent company out of Statesboro GA, setting up all the heavy stuff like chairs tables,and cleaning up after the event.Well they had a lot of work and needed extra help but didn't have enough people so they asked me would I be willing to help them out?I said yes because I need the money and by law anything over 40hrs is overtime in the state of Georgia and you are supposed to be paid for time and a half,just as they had posted inside of there break room.They worked me over 80 hours in one week but when it was time to pay me the lady tried to pay me straight time instead of the time and a half required by law.I thought it was a mistake but when I brought it to her attention she said I wouldn't be paid for time and a half just straight hourly wage which at that time was only 9 Dollars and hour.I stated to her that by law I was intitled to time and a half.She said ok you can leave or she would call the police.I said call the police you are the one who is wronging me.This lady actually called the police on me and I wasn't loud or threatening towards her.i was just pointing out to her what I saw as a mistake at the time.Long story short I never got my money because the police said that this is a civil issue and I would have to take them to court.He stated that I was right but they don't handle civil issues the only reason why they were there was because she said she felt threatened.smh Long story short I didn't have the money or the time to see them so I lost out.For many years this bothered me because I felt like I was done like that because I was black.This company is not owned by someone who has integrity or morals.Or maybe they have or she has changed because nothing stays the same.Im not the same as I use to be.I really just wanted her to see this all these years later and think back to that incident.I helped you and your company and you did me wrong but I'm not seeking revenge I just wanted to get that off my chest.

We had to change our appointment time with him more than once and he was more than accommodating when we did! When you meet Chevy, you can see just from looking at him that he is a professional. At the same time, he makes you feel at ease the minute you begin talking. He provided everything we were looking for and more. Since my wedding was a destination wedding, I corresponded with Chevy through email and phone. He was always very available and prompt for any questions I had. My mom and I had mentioned to him that we were having trouble finding ceremony music. By the end of the afternoon we had received an email from Chevy with ceremony musician suggestions along with their contact information. He goes the extra mile to help you! I met with him only twice before my wedding and he exceeded our every expectation. He took the many requests for songs I had and even let me dedicate songs to an unlimited amount of people during my reception. His fee is very reasonable for the outstanding service he provides. He also let me make on the spot requests & changes and immediately delivered. He set the tone for the mood of the evening and it was wonderful. Due to the pandemic however, we ended up having to postpone our 2020 wedding and with that change we switched venues. As the final preparation for our big day was finally approaching, our planner was coordinating with our vendors for finalizations and Chef Mark recognized one change we forgot to implement. We were originally doing stations, but our new venue had a space in the back for food, which was better suited for buffet style. Chef Mark, noticing the change in the final days leading up, quickly drafted a new menu to accommodate a more structured and swift dinner hour. We ended up having a call with my planner and Chef Mark to create the perfect revised menu for a well-structured and smooth dinner hour. The highlight of the wedding were the flaming donuts served for dessert, that our guests continue to rave about. Our late night snack of grilled cheese was also a fan favorite at our wedding. Although we missed out on this treat, I have been told by a guest " I will never look at grilled cheese the same. Life changing".
