They brought the water slide FRIDAY morning at no additional cost !!!! They set it up in a timely manner and were on their way. My daughter was the star of the neighborhood for the weekend as it attracted kids from near and far. My daughter and her friends throughly enjoyed themselves. I even got a chance to slide down myself a time or two. Not only did they bring the water slide a day early but they came to pick it up on MONDAY afternoon!!!! The owner gave me a hard time about having to come in on Sunday after church(because he claimed to be closed and the info online states they are open on Sunday) and prepare my balloon order. He repeatedly reminded me of the time I should arrive on Sunday to pick up my order, 10:30AM. I left work(I work in midway, which is a 20 min. drive for me to come to Hinesville) early on Sunday so I could arrive on time. Once I arrived the OPEN sign was on, as if he was open for the day and had multiple customers inside. Well, I arrived on time as promised and my order was not ready, nor had he started on my order of 20 balloons. Next time I will not wait until the last minute for balloons and I will never step foot in this, LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS(its unfortunate because I shop all Local businesses in my area), nor will I recommend this place to another.

After interviewing several companies by phone I went with Alex because he gave fair and simple pricing with no buried extra fees. And was very good about answering my questions in a straight forward, timely way. Still, I was nervous the van wouldn't show up or it might be old and dirty right until it showed up at our first stop.
