Mike is an artist, clear and simple. I went in (having emailed them back and forth for a month or…read moreso) with some ideas of what I wanted and the end results blew me away. Granted, the two tattoos I got are still healing and somehow expanded (in size and detail) from the original concepts I had in my head. The expansions inflated the cost, but it was completely reasonable... I'd expect to pay a lot more than I did for the multi-colored/personally detailed/on two locations of my body than I did. Good tattoos are expensive, but slightly less expensive at Studio Graphics... and just as good. There is no autoclave, because there are no previously used needles. They are all single use, unopened, and disposable (and disposed of just after use). Both Mike and Stephanie (Mike's wife and resident piercer) are incredibly accomodating and friendly, not to mention good at what they do. By the way, they are cash only. When I heard from my cousin that she had "a guy" for tattoos in Richland Center, I was surprised. He's good. I look forward to the compliments I'll (hopefully) receive when I get back to Austin.

They squeezed us in on a cancellation but did not rush us or rush thru the tattoo. He explained everything along the way and welcomed the pictures we were taking of the progress. We both love our tattoos: the detail, the color, the clarity.He was quick in his work but did not compromise quality. The price was very reasonable: I would say about average or slightly below average. Stephanie carefully explained the aftercare and said to call with any questions or concerns. Both of ours healed quickly as expected as we both followed the aftercare protocol.Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Studio Graphics. If I ever get another tattoo, I will wait until I travel to WI again and get it there.
