I am beyond pleased with the effort the new owners are making to bring customers back. They now have new staff who are knowledgeable, creative, and truly take pride in their work. Hugo was my nail tech, and she did an amazing job on both my hands and feet. When you find that one person you trust because they consistently do great work, it can be difficult when they leave. That's why good communication during transitions is so important. I'm really glad I came back today, and I know Helen, Ken, Kevin, and Hugo will take great care of me moving forward.

I got caught up with a work call and was running late and she was very gracious to me and I was able to keep the appointment. 2. I was able to make the appointment via text and therefore able to send the inspiration pictures from Pinterest to her so she could tell me ahead of time if she could do it or not. 3. She already had the stamping plate set out when I arrived so even thought I was late she was efficient with her time (and mine) 4. She was a delight to talk with during the pedicure. 5. She encouraged me to put some glitter on the plain nails and they were gorgeous!! They looked so good in the Hawaiian sun 6. With the stamping, art, gel polish AND bonus glitter...the price was the same as I pay to just get "boring" regular polish at other salons. As noted in another review I read, she doesn't have a chair with the footbath so I wasn't expecting that. But I am so happy with the results. Plus, 2 weeks later they still look great!

She obviously has fun playing around with different techniques and styles, and can offer a wide variety of looks. She talked me into trying something new and I was quite pleased with the results. A few things to note: she does not do regular polish manicures, only gel, but offers discounts when you pre-pay for two. She offers a few options for pedicures (regular polish, gel, glitter, and a foot soak & scrub add-on), but she does not have a spa chair. I was very happy with the quality of the service!
