He sent me information on the system and I chose! Mind you I normally get a few bids before I decide on any project for my house but I felt no reason after spending time with Mike. He explained that the water will go through the tubes on the roof and heat the water with my choice of temps that I can choose! He and his son then dropped off the materials one day and not long after I had solar on my roof for my pool. It took a while to heat up since it was a cold and cloudy this past December but not long after I was swiming in my fav temperature of 86 degrees! Honestly the only thing I can complan about is how long the permit process was but Mike said it could take time since I did not have solar in my house. Another plus is that any time I had any questions or needed help, I could just text Mike and he would respond right away! I am not techie and get intimidated by systems I am not familiar with, like the control panel. But he assured me I could not break it and gave me instructions to change the temp and time. The pump was set up wrong and the backwash valve was reversed. When fired up it created a clog. When we bought the house the inspector told us the pump needed to be changed, but other than that all was fine. After the new pump we no longer had circulation. The pool is now a pond. Both my wife and I expressed verbally we wanted full service cleaning to both Oliver and Lance. Lance is horrible at communicating and taking responsibility. He lacks business morals and is uncaring about his work as a owner. Oliver, the other owner, slightly edges him out as a better owner. Not by much because he is very lackadaisical with his promises. Oliver had told my wife a plumber would be out to look at this problem. To find out why the circulation doesn't work and where the clog is. This is not as much a complaint as it is more of a warning to the consumer. I have filed a complaint with the Arizona Contractors Board and the BBB. I encourage everyone with a valid complaint to help others by going to the other 2 agencies.

Lance told me to give them a 30 min buffer and joked that they weren't like other places that make you wait all day before coming. Day of the appointment, waited for almost 2 hours and no one came. I even called their number and left messages for Oliver inquiring where they were. No answer and no one showed, so I went to run errands at the store. Lance called me when I was at the store saying he was at my house. I said the appointment was for 11:30, but he said that his calendar showed 11:30-1:30 availability. I thought I heard wrong when I was at the shop, so I quickly finished my errand and went home to meet him. Lance saw the backyard and took some notes on his phone (size of pool, filter, etc), but he never took any measurements. He told me that they would have the quote to me by the end of the weekend. Come Monday, there was no quote, nor after a week. Called Lance to follow-up and he said that he initiated the quote request and didn't know what happened and that he would check on it. It's been 3 weeks now, so this ship has sailed. I know that pool contractors are busy now due to the pandemic, but if you cannot accommodate a quote just let me know so that I don't waste my time.

They have no respect for other peoples property or the damages they caused.
