At 11:35am I receive an email, not a call, but an EMAIL to say they could not deliver due to a "staffing emergency and extreme heat." There was no owner/manager contact, no alternative solution, and no option for us to pick up. When my husband and son-in-law went to the business, it was dark, no one was there and the delivery truck was parked out in front, with no sign of an emergency noted. A refund was issued, but it had been submitted at 9:42am, well before we were notified of the cancellation, which would have given us more time to adjust. Recent reviews show other customers had the same experience in the same week! The lack of communication and accountability ruined important events for several customers, not just me! I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and strongly caution anyone to contract with them!
