APR had dropped off 150 butter spreaders and only 20 butter knives - it was the opposite that I needed and that was on the invoice. I caught the error while setting up and was able to get ahold of someone in the office who said they could drop off the correct number of butter knives the next day (the morning of the wedding). Everything turned out ok in the end but I am concerned for who packed the box and thought we needed 150 butter spreaders and only 20 butter knives.

I had a…read morewedding in June 2026 and booked with Nicole of Friendly Party Rentals in January 2026 to ensure that we would have the things we needed (table, chairs, tent, games, beverage dispenser, etc.), as it was over father's day weekend which also aligns with many graduation parties. I confirmed via email that we were set for delivery the week of the wedding and got a response from Nicole that we were confirmed on their schedule for delivery and pick-up. The day of the event arrives and Friendly Party Rentals does not show up at the agreed time. I call, leave a message, and about an hour after they were supposed to be there, get a call back from Nicole. Nicole shares that there was some "confusion" about what day our rentals were supposed to be delivered since it was a multi-day rental. Then she tells me that they had a driver quit mid-shift and that is why the rentals were not delivered. I informed her that I still needed the tables/chairs/tent/etc. as I had people arriving ina few hours for the wedding weekend. She stated that she would call me back in 10-15 minutes to see what they could do. After multiple calls back to Nicole, she eventually called me back at 6:00p when the event was starting, told me that they would not be able to deliver the rentals and that she didn't have a solution. I informed her that we had to go to multiple stores to quickly buy tables and chairs so that we would have a place to have dinner, and that if she could get the tent and other supplies there the next day for the actual wedding that would be fine. After more excuses and the run around, I asked if there was a supervisor that I could speak to to figure things out, which Nicole was not open to and stated that she was the one to make any business decisions. As this was a stressful experience, on my wedding weekend, I became frustrated with Nicole's lack of care or empathy with the situation and she hung up the phone. My sister was eventually able to go a hold of Nicole again, who stated that I became "irate" and that they have a "company policy to not deal with people in that state". Nicole eventually agreed to a refund (as a "courtesy")of the tables and chairs since they were not needed, since we had to buy our own last minute, but that she would get the tent and other supplies delivered the next morning by 8:30a. At 8:30a on my wedding day, I get an automated email with a refund of the remaining rentals with no call, text, or email from Nicole with an explanation. After multiple attempts to get a hold of Friendly Party Rentals or Nicole, we were not successful and assumed that they were not coming, which was the case. I've waited to write my review due to seeing other people having similar issues that weekend and the following weekend and didn't want to add to the negativity, but after watching the google reviews and seeing some of the shady ways that Nicole is hiding the bad reviews and only having Google show the positive reviews, I felt it was time to add in my experience. Renters beware- Friendly Party Rentals will leave you high and dry on the day of with no care or solutions. I'm only giving 2 stars so that people actually see my review.

The hosts were left high and dry, for what was to be a much anticipated family reunion celebration, scrambling and beyond stressed, to accommodate the many invited guests. Be advised by this review and myriad others, of their horrific business practices which appear to be their norm.
