Towards the end of event, the printers started to break down. Not a big deal, they mentioned they store digital copies of all movie shorts. We made the request and awaited their delivery. After about a month we asked where the package was and nothing. They followed up months later that they sent the package without a tracking #. Here's the problem. These photos were precious to us. Now we no longer have those photos to share and experience with our family and others. After reaching out for months to Michelle, there has been no response. Until they address this issue, I do not recommend this vendor. Look elsewhere.
