Because of the extreme heat, it is standard practice for families in the area to carry their own water for hydration. Upon arrival, I attempted to speak with the older gentleman working the front desk. The service was disorganized, I had to repeat my request multiple times, and the interaction was repeatedly interrupted by other guests. ​The experience culminated in a very frustrating policy enforcement. Despite the temperature being 99° at 2:00 p.m., I was informed that my daughter was not allowed to bring her water bottle inside. In such a high-heat climate, enforcing a 'no outside water' policy feels incredibly unreasonable and shortsighted. ​I hope management considers how this policy affects families, especially during the peak summer heat. Overall, I dont feel the need to promote and/or give my business to this establishment in the future.

I was a little bummed to see that. It is a small space which I understand, but it would've been cool to have more variety and options. I like those Dance Dance Revolution games, I don't think I saw one like that there. It would be nice if the arcade was updated and had more games inside. Every employee we were interacted was great. They were friendly, helpful, and got to us as quick as they could. It's just that when we were trying to pay and get our golf clubs, there wasn't anyone at the desk and it seemed like the one employee had to help with the prize desk.
