Michael is beyond knowledgeable about pinball machines, jukeboxes, pool tables, and more. In addition to his extensive knowledge of all his products, he is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I asked him if he could locate me a "High Speed Pinball" machine that was made in 1986. I played it every afternoon during my senior year of high school, and once and for all, I wanted to settle the best score among a couple of friends. Within two weeks, he had secured a machine in good condition. However, when they delivered it, it was in great condition. They went through the entire machine and gave it a well-needed tune-up. (I currently have the highest score ever recorded on Pinside.com :). Michael's repair guy has also kept my 1959 Rock-Ola Juke Box playing like it was brand new. When a 25-year-old kid says he has never seen a 45 record, I can only shake my head. When a high school student asked me what a 45 record was, I realized how old I am getting. Any negative reviews you read here are total BS. Trust me, you will be glad you reached out to Michael. If you have been on earth for at least half a century, ask him about his band management days. Purchased a jukebox, love it, it had issues, took it to GRGallery, they fixed it, but then it went a little haywire. Asked Mike to contact me regarding the issue with the screen. He got back to me, said his guy was coming in and would address it. Then nothing. So, because I like Mike, I asked again, and his email response again was that his guy would be coming in and would address it. It's unfortunate, but some people that are dwindling down their business actually only look for new business - they simply do not understand that past business can lead to new business, as well. While I like Mike, his business continues to get smaller, his base of customers gets smaller, and it may be because he simply does not get back to clients to help them... We wish Mike well and encourage him to either be attentive to his existing client base or just let people know that after the sale, there is no help. read more

If you're looking for help in finding a place to purchase pool cues or refurbish existing ones Michael Lansing is the person you need to contact. I thought I needed some new tips on some cues that came with a table I inherited. I asked for his suggestion on new tips and he looked at the cues and determined he could refurbish them rather than replacing the tips. That was a great savings! I also wanted a personal cue, he showed me many and guided me on what would be the best cue for the money based upon my ability. Several months ago I booked rentals for a City of Palm Desert event that is now in 3 days. I originally came into the store with my dog and spoke for a long time to the owner, Michael Lansing, he was lovely. We set everything up and he let me know that the old company I worked for when I put on the event last year had never paid him. I was appalled and told him to invoice them again or contact them and gave him their contact info. I called today and spoke to a woman, who said she didn't see my order in. She came back to the phone and said the owner says we didn't pay last year and politely declines. Keep in mind our event is 3 days away now. I called back and he was a totally different person. He yelled at me and said he'd rethought it and unless I went to my old employer and got a check from them, he wasn't doing it. I offered to bring him a check from us right now for this event. He yelled at me and then hung up on me. He treated me so rudely that it seems he didn't really want my business even if I'd somehow been able to get the check from my former employer. I was stunned. He'd been SO nice all the other times I've spoken with him. I'm so in shock and now I'm 3 days out from my event with the flu, crying because our photo set is ruined and we have no other options. If this had been an issue, he should have told me from the beginning rather than set this up and cancel it 3 days out. Awful. read more
