Was charged for napkins that were supposedly missing about 6 weeks to two months after items were…read morereturned. At this point, I had no way to look for them to see if we still had them or not. They said they had been busy and could not get to them...However, we had rented napkins from them many times before and never had an issue. Told them I would not be using them any longer for napkin rental. The guy could have cared less. I have since used 5S party rental in White Oak even though it is way out of my way and I drive right past A-1. They were so kind and accommodating, even letting me return late without a charge when I didn't want to drive out during a storm.

I had to come back the next day to get my flower arrangements. The owner said she would be there by 10 am. She did not show up till 10:30 and made us late for the ceremony. Once we set up we were missing decorations for the tables. The lights that were provided were all different colors. When we spoke to the owner she said she would reimburse us for the missing decorations. 2 weeks and we had not been reimbursed. We attempted to call and message the owner and she would not respond to us. I had to go through my bank to get reimbursed and finally 1 month later I was reimbursed. Service was poor and the owner unprofessional. I recommend you go somewhere else.
