Not only did Belinda take great care of Squid.. she didn't do anything that wasn't absolutely necessary. . The staff are very friendly and obviously passionate about what they do. My first visit was for my dog to be desexed. They were apart of a National Desexing Program (found online) and offered considerably cheaper prices for my dog to be desexed. This discount did not compromise the quality of care she received however, and I am so happy she healed quickly with detailed instructions from the patient nurse. I was able to call and ask questions during her recovery at no extra cost and every cost was explained. Overall, even though there may cheaper places around, I consider them to be one of the best in the area and I would definitely recommend them.

They had a blanket on top of the stainless steel table so that we wouldn't have to put Rhubarb down on a cold surface and everyone was really sweet and comforting as they explained the procedure to all of us. They took Rhubarb out the back to put the catheter in as I'm betting that would have been hard due to his major anemia and brought him back to us so we could say goodbye. They give you the option to take home your pet or leave it with them afterwards.

Their team are friendly, personable and nothing is too much trouble to explain. They'll explain each thing step by step. Case in point?
