We have been going to this vet for the last 17 years with our dog wags. This was the only vet that would look at our dog as he ate some chocolate all those years ago, the vet that saw us was the owner Janine and even got her out of bed and didn't worry that we didn't have enough money to cover the cost at the time. On this reason we have always gone to this vet service. We had to visit the vet again 26/08/2024 as our wags is very sick again, no appointment just rocked up and asked to see a vet. the vet person name is Harvey , he took us in with no hesitation. and it is sad to say with a heavy heart we will have to let wags go to doggy heaven. Harvey has shown the same professional integrity as Janine did all those years ago. A really lovely vet hospital. All staff very welcoming and the facility is spotlessly clean. The team are wonderful with our pets - and, with everyone else's it seems! I have heard the way they treat all the customers that come in, and on the phone - Always so kind and lovely. There is parking at the front and spots always available in the complex so we don't have to carry our cat box far. Whilst they are busy, they always try to make a spot for pets who need it. The team at both the clinic and the hospital have taken exceptional care of my Rottweiler, Theia, for the past 5 years. Wether she is coming in for regular check ups or her numerous surgeries, our dog is always keen to visit the vet and the staff. We feel as though we are a part of the family and we look forward to our continuing relationship with them. read more
