My file was assigned to a lawyer who had no litigation experience which was very concerning given the nature of my case ,after the retainer was depleted I was asked to pay an additional $1200. When I declined, the only was the amount refunded was the additional charge.i also found their billing practices questionable I was charged for two separate phone calls in one day both relating to returning their call .Overall I found the service unprofessional and not reflective of the level of representation I expected .

She thanked me for letting them know. 2 weeks later, I had to pay my lawyer to reach out to your office to see where in the process we are with the signing and they have not even sent the paperwork to my ex. The documents were hand delivered on February 22nd between 2:30 pm and 3:00. The telephone call to reception was between 2:15 and 2:30 pm. My lawyer sent the inquiry on Monday March 7, 2022 at 2:58 pm. The response from Amanda was today March 8 at 4:22 pm that arrangements are in process to courier the paperwork to your client. No date was provided as to when the signed documents would be sent. How does this show that you are operating in good faith. This is very unprofessional. There was no apology from Amanda for the delay. This type of behaviour has big impacts to me.
