I think I would need to like something first? The display is flea market like but without the pricing to match. A note to management, more selections doesn't mean better. WHYYYYYYYYYY didn't I check here before for a review before I bought from this AWFUL place??? :( UGH!!! The salesman was nice enough, and gave us a really good deal (apparently) but the nightmare in the end was AWFUL!! The delivery time was way off the mark and to sweeten the deal they offered the floor model which was queen size, we ordered double. So they threw in a box spring and mattress in queen size to fit. The salesman even suggested a 2" box spring because of the size of the frame, that made sense. So delivery day came and they kept changing the time. It arrived after 9pm, so there we were trying to put together a bed at 9:30pm, and no hardware was included! UGH again. And to top it off...they delivered a 6" box spring!!! That is a 4" difference, so put that under a traditional 6" mattress, we're talking a foot here people. I need a step ladder to get into my bed!!! I'm only 5'3"!!! And called the store to get the box spring issue corrected no one ever answers and when they do, they NEVER say the name of the store, just a "Hello". WTF?? OHHHHHHHHHH and while I am still ranting...I still have not got my night stands delivered with the bedroom set. I WILL call again today... DO NOT SHOP HERE, the cheap cost is not worth it in the end, go to Lastman's Badboy next door!!!!! read more

I didn't have a bad shopping experience here. The sales guy was very friendly, courteous, and not pushy. Saw what we wanted, negotiated a good price, and received it ahead of schedule (est. 2 - 3 weeks, arrived in 1.5w). One big problem I had was with the delivery guys, they dragged my furniture on my hardwood floor and it left a 1ft gouch on the floor. Called the store and said they werent responsible. Called the delivery truck guys, but no answer. This wouldnt stop me from coming back, just make sure they leave the furniture on the tiles and not on the hardwood next time. read more

They are committed and on time they did whatever changes I ordered in their design and they were exactly the same they promised although I had doubt earlier to trust private manufacturers or not! the manager Boby is friendly and reachable. Just the labor they hired to bring the furniture up (which was a contractor company I believe) was impatient and rude as I wanted to inspect the furniture before I sign the receipt paper. after 1 year it still looks new and good fabric and foam (order hard it become softer later) Good deal I absolutely recommend them read more

I bought a dining set at this place. I was NOT impressed by the way they handled the sale. They initially quoted me a price of $550. I wrote this down in front of the sales rep on his business card that he handed me The next day when I went to complete the purchase, he outright denied the $550 pricing and raised it to $599. The quality of the furniture was also questionable. The chairs provided had screws that did not line up with their respective holes. I had to make a couple of undesired trips to the store when it should have been a simple process. Overall, not impressed. I would not shop there again and would not recommend it either. read more

Stay away at all costs!! Bought my bedroom and living room sets in 2010 and average to below average quality at best. Asked the store manager if furniture was made in Canada and living room wet all leather. He said yes. First off delivery never showed on scheduled Friday as delivery guy claims to called me and I never picked up. Called store manager and said delivery will be on Sat instead. Waited on Sat and only half of my furniture was delivered!! Called store manager again and said there was mix up so would deliver rest on Sun. Finally furniture came on Sun. Upon receiving furniture, noticed on boxes that furniture was made in Vietnam!! WTF!! Fast forward to 2015, the "leather" starts cracking and peeling away as material was vinyl. These people are disrespectful and incompetent. The delivery personal damaged my couch, there was a scratch on the center of the couch. Also, the Wooden legs were damaged during delivery. Before leaving they had the couch on its side( lateral) i asked them to put it on the floor as it should be. They informed me that there job is to bring it, it took two males to bring it and im a female. I have called the store on october 6, 2017 right after the delivery drivers left, informing them about my sitution and the damaged product. Today is oct 24 and no one has apologized or returned my call. I personally will never go back, nor will i recommend this to anyone. read more

They delivered the bedroom furniture wrapped in a plastic cover, got completely damaged and delivery guys arguing that's not damaged. When called the shop to inform they didn't bother to listen. Dealing with this company is worst than waking up to a nightmare. I ordered a bet set and the head and foot wasn't designed to connect to the body. It came with scratches a was missing parts, I had to go into the store and be rude in front of their customers for me to receive some justice. RUN! Run fast and far away from this place.. Purchased a custom couch back in mid Oct 2017. Was told by the sales rep (Moore) to expect delivery 4-6 weeks. Moore promised to call me after he speaks with the manufacture to find out exact dates/time in the next few business days. A few days went by, no call. I had to follow up with Moore and his response was he didn't call them yet but have submitted the order in and will get back to me. Another few days went by.. crickets. I had to call him again and was told I should have in mid December. Fast forward.. mid Dec roles by.. again crickets from Moore or anyone about delivery.. I had to call and find out what's going on.. they said to expect delver next week.. of course I wait.. and finally get "the call". BUT to have them say the manufacturer warehouse caught on fire and things were damage.. blah blah blah.. and will now have to wait ANOTHER 6 weeks AT LEAST to get it. I go F that. I want my money back and they gave me my deposit back (but of course not w/o a fight). After searching high and low for a similar couch.. I was exhausted that I couldn't find anything I wanted in my price range. Silly me, went back to the store on Dec 27, 2017 and said fine I'll get it again. Paid my deposit and was told same time frame. Again had to chase after them to find out what the status is on the couch.. FINALLY got "the call" and set a delivery day/time. I told them I would ONLY pay the remaining balance upon seeing the couch (that they didn't mess up the specifications ie. dimension/fabric etc). Delivery guy delivered it and I paid him and he left. As I unwrap everything, found out I was missing the pillows the couch came with. Called the store and was dealing with Bhavinder. Took him basically 2 weeks to get the pillows from the factory to his store and took him a week to give me excuse of why he couldn't deliver the pillows to my house. FYI: I live 45 mins away. No apologies, always just excuses from Bhavinder. He's not rude, but I would say useless. I hope my story helps you understand how frustrated I am with this place. I'm content with the product and price but would definitely NOT ever go back to this place again. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! read more

Most incompetent group of people that work at this store. Either the order is wrong or something from your order is missing. For example, we bought a brand new dresser ...and when we got the call that our dresser "arrived" we went to pick it up only to discover they wrapped up the severely scratched display dresser and tried to pass that off as a new dresser. Scammers! So we waited again to get a brand new dresser and drove again, another hour out of hour way for a 2nd time, only to find out they ordered the wrong dresser. So back to square one again! Another time, we ordered a couch and the delivery guy jammed it through our doorway and scratched up our door and the legs of the couch. Not to mention all of the decorative pillows for our couch were missing, and it took 2 months of haggling to finally get our pillows. Our calls were never returned, and we always had to call back so many times only to be told lies, and eventually we had to go there every other day until we finally got our pillows begrudgingly. The furniture itself is great. No issues. But the service and incompetency is beyond belief. I once saw a customer lose their mind and break furniture when I was there one day....wonder what frustrations and lies he had to deal with!?! If you want to keep your sanity, I recommend going to a different furniture store. read more

The folks are friendly enough, and enough being satisfactory. They don't go out of their way to provide great customer service. The service rep who helped us, watched over us like a hawk, following us around the store giving us little room for private talks. He wasn't rude, but like I mentioned he also didn't give us sufficient room to browse on our own. On the day of delivery, I spoke with Mariam and asked her if she knew when the company was delivering the product, she asked me to call the delivery guy myself. I don't know what you think of that, but I think I shouldn't have to contact the delivery people, to figure out when they're coming. They did deliver the product we bought. I didn't know I had to assemble it when it arrived. The legs of the dining room table required me to attach them to the table. The table came with 1 1/2 inch screws. Hardly enough stability for large dining room table legs. I ended up having to drill holes and bolt the legs on. My advice to you is, definitely shop around before deciding to go with this company. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay far far away. The salesmen are nice enough but once they get your money...watch out. They lied about having our stuff ready, they could have simply been honest and said 3 weeks as opposed to 10 days like we confirmed when we signed the work order. Numerous phone calls and no answers.. people saying they are this and that but when you show up they deny talking to you on the phone . Spoke to someone on the phone upset that we had taken numerous days off for the delivery days but they never showed up...and this individual advised if we don't receive by a certain day we would get a refund ... lo and behold when we confronted them they said they never said that NOR did anyone recall speaking to any of us. The furniture we eventually received was of CHEAPER material and workmanship than the display. Scratches and cracks and all around rip off. Stay AWAY. NO JOKE. read more

They gave me delivery time between 1 and 7 pm. I waited until 11 pm and still the driver did not show up and he stopped answering my call. They also mixed products with other deliveries and did not even know which ones are to be delivered to where. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE I purchased a sofa and dining chairs from the 28 Arrow Road location. The customer service at this location is a complete joke. I dealt with Manni and Jazz who are constantly on the phone, even in mid-conversation with the customer. They make it pretty clear while you're there that the phone is their top priority, and face-to-face interaction with live customers is somewhere further down on the list. They also didn't have any business cards when I asked for one (?) and instead wrote down their contact info for me on a piece of scrap paper. Very unprofessional in my opinion. On top of poor customer relations, the delivery service they deal with is very shady. My furniture was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday, but they called me Saturday night (yes, at night) to say they weren't coming and would deliver the following Tuesday, forcing me to stay home from work that day because I did not want to delay things another week. When they did show up, the sofa cushions were missing and the delivery guys had no clue why, saying they were delivering everything they were supposed to. THEN they told me to lie to to the store owners and say everything was delivered on time so that they wouldn't get hassled about the 3-day delay in delivery. In the end, it took an additional two months worth of phone calls + me making another trip to the store (almost 30 kms away) to secure delivery of the missing sofa cushions. Although I like the furniture and the price was reasonable, I would never recommend this place based on my experience. read more

I ordered a couch and a chair from them over 6 weeks ago. At the time I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to be ready. It has been over 6 weeks now and I have experienced the following: 1. During the purchase negotiation, I requested a sample of the fabric to pick out paint colors. I was told it would not be a problem and that Mansoor would get it from the manufacturer. When I called about it a couple weeks later, I was told that I would get a call back. I never received a call regarding the sample. 2. On Nov 2nd I was told it was ready. I told them that I would pick it up in 3 days. On the day of pickup, my husband arranged to borrow a pick-up truck and get it. When I called to confirm the pickup, I was told that it was actually not ready at all. I dont understand why I would have been told it was ready when in fact it was not. It was not easy for my husband to arrange to borrow the truck. 3. I was then told that it would be ready in a few days, by Nov 10th. When I called November 10th, I was told that it would be ready no later than Nov 13th. It is now Nov 12th. I have called 4 times today. 2 times I was told that I would get a call back (that was over 5 hours ago and no call back) and 2 times they did not even pick up the phone. read more
