I called bedding mart first thing on a Monday morning looking for an adjustable bed. My father had just had spinal surgery a few days before and had his first night home the day before. He had extreme trouble sleeping due to his flat bed. I purchased the adjustable bed however we would be 3rd on the list for delivery which meant it may not have made it until the next day. Without even asking, the person that helped me (I believe the manager) advised he would call his other deliveries and explain the situation to see if they would be ok if he moved us up. Thankfully, they were able to work something out and my dad received his bed later that day. I really appreciate their customer service and quick turnaround to help my dad have some comfort.
