Sam's Club is a great place to shop. We buy anything where we get a discount for buying more than we will use in a short period of time. Paper products don't spoil, so buy lots, Sam's has great meat prices and groceries, and now customer pick up is free! They do the shopping, and load it into your car. A great time saver and money saver. We are not tempted to buy gallons of salad dressing at a time. read more

Sam's Club is a quick and convenient location to shop in bulk for mini standard items that we keep in our home and or Use on a regular basis We have also found it to be an excellent source for snacks and foods that we use with our son's baseball team and we buy in bulk for that purpose. The store is clean and well laid out and easy to access. The staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the fact that I can shop online or through the Sam's Club app and then pay online have the order prepared and then pick it up quickly in the parking lot without having to walk inside the store. read more

We always liked our visits to Sam's. This location is the closest to our home. The store seems to be extremely busy and the only downside is the parking lot is smaller than most Sam's stores. The employees are always willing to help and a big plus is the food court after shopping. read more

The greeter at the front is typically sweet. In all my visits I haven't really had a negative opinion about the place. There's always a large option of commercial sized produce, dairy, and frozen food. Its almost like a mini mall: eye check ups, food place (also very cheap), jewelry, gas, electronics, cell phones, produce, meats, car services, and probably more. read more

This was our first experience with SAM'S CLUB. We have been Costco customers for years, even driving to Tulsa instead of going to Sam's right here in Fort Smith. We have been very impressed with the store, their products, especially Member's Mark have all been outstanding. Their optical department and pharmacy are staffed with great people, and the prices are as good as you will find anywhere. read more

If you dont find what you need here than you have a problem! lol HUGE selection of stuff, most they automatically suggest buying in bulk giving the majority of their portions. Fruit is always fresh, expiration dates are always far away, and everything is really reasonable. They have a place in front of the store where they sell salads, hot dogs, pizza, churros (mexican dough covered in cinnamon and sugar mmmm), and typical fountain drinks. Unlike most walmarts Sams Club has REAL phones that you can play on like the iphone. I looked on Yelp on one of the phones and saw myself :) My mom was like what the heck haha I love shopping here. I've been a member since 2012 and worked for Sam's club from 2015 to 2017. This location is horrible. Staff is unfriendly and no one greets you. I greeted the door greeted and said "hey there, how are you today" as she checked my receipt. Her response was "I'm stuck here, I'll be better when I'm off work". This location seems to do quite alot of stocking during business hours, that is super inconvenient for members trying to get onto isles that are blocked off or hard to navigate because of pallets in the isles. The deli and bakery seem well stocked regularly which is nice but the wine selection is lacking and suprising small compared to other clubs. read more

I love Sams. People are friendly and helpful. They've started carrying a larger selection of healthy choices such as almond flour, chia seed. Their pizzas are the best. I shop every week at Sams. Only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because they will suddenly quit carrying something I've been buying there for years, making it very inconvenient to try to find another outlet. read more
