It's been just about a month since they had the blinds. I haven't been able to get a response from them when I can get my blinds back repaired. I am getting ghosted by the staff. Tim told me one thing, then the receptionist told me another thing. This round about is unacceptable. Now they have a recording on the phone that says they will get back with me and they have a sign on the door saying they are closed working out on service calls. I have left messages on the phone and the message says they will call me back. These blinds were expensive plus they are for my bedroom. I am very sorry for what they are going through but this type of business behavior is unprofessional. I'm upset. I have to pray and let God know my heart.

He asks precious few questions during the production phase of your piece. That's great, don't bother me if all the dimensions and styles are agreed on beforehand. But don't show up with the whole thing built having never asked. If you don't like it, you end up with a bad taste in your mouth and without much recourse. Avoid this frustration, somehow. The bottom line is that Victor is very skilled, his prices reflect that fact, but at times poor communication can leave you, the customer, feeling like you paid too much for what you ended up with.
