I recently decided that I would redo my den and contacted several companies to bid/design the office that I spend most of my day in. Steve from furniture profiles came out to the house from a flyer I received in the mail. Steve was very professional and actually offered me several design types that he thought would work in my office. I have several family members that are in that business and although Steve was not the cheapest I thought the materials that Furniture Profiles were going to use were superior and that they would be custom to my den was important. The work began and I went to their shop to approve the color design and to see the product prior to the install which was important to me, the cabinets were not built in my garage :). The finished product came out awesome and I am very happy, I travel the world and purchase art from around the globe and they are presented well in glass shelves that Steve was flexible enough to include in the job. We love our new bookcases! We were pleasantly surprised that custom furniture was this easy and affordable. Steve came out to the house and took measurements and showed us a huge book of picturres of work they had done. He even helped us out with a payment plan.We used a piece of shoe molding as a color sample for matching and the bookcases look like they came with the house. Steve kept us up to date on the progress as they were constructed and we were able to go to the shop and look at the finished product before installation. The craftsman himself came to install them and did a great job fitting them in next to the fireplace where tthe stone surface was uneven.
