If I could give less stars I would! Poor customer service, poorly made furniture, and definitely don't waste your money buying the warranty because it doesn't actually cover anything. We purchased a sectional and extra warranty less than a year ago, small stains continue to show up all over the couch and I'm constantly cleaning it--they tried to say it's probably due to our shampoo-- well, my husband is bald and don't rub head on the seat cushions, so try again. I tried making a claim through the warranty we were told "covered everything" and it was denied. Shortly after we bought it, my daughter reclined in a middle section and we noticed a tear on the corner of the foot rest, I called in and sent photos and they said that's not covered by the warranty either and the Ricky the manager told me "you should have looked it over better when it was delivered". After calling corporate, they finally had professional cleaners come try to clean the stains and the professional cleaners told us this was likely a used couch that had been reupholstered.....there was no way this couch was less than a year old-- mind you we don't have small children in our house either, it's me, my husband and my 16 year old daughter (and she rarely sits upstairs with us) One week later and the same stains are back-- terrible "warranty" if you can even call it that and terrible customer service. I've given them the chance to make it right, but now I'm warning others to not purchase from Furniture Row-- we definitely will not be back. read more

If I could leave less stars, I would. Bought a dining set. It's complete and utter junk. We are on our second table in 3 months and the second one just chipped. Told we can have $80 off the table or store credit for the table. But we have to keep and pay for the chairs. What am I supposed to do with 4 chairs that wouldn't match a new set I have to purchase? While we love the selection and the quality of furniture here, we have been very disappointed in the service the last few times we have been in. I purchased a chocolate brown micro-suede couch and loveseat here a few years ago. I searched and searched for a set at a reasonable price and finally found what I wanted at Sofa Mart. After tax I believe I spent around $500. That price also included the 'special' cleaning solutions that the salesperson suggested I buy to go with the couches. The sales woman we worked with was very friendly and answered our questions. She was able to help us, as well as another couple simultaneously. I didn't feel like she was hovering around, like many salespeople tend to do when they're working on commission. Quality is good here, but I wouldn't shop here again unless I could take advantage of a major sale. Our couches were in-stock, which was wonderful as we wanted them ASAP. read more

Be careful of the fine print. I bought a 'custom' sectional on 12-1-19. Received it on 1-26-20. Went the next day to say it wouldn't work, the recliners didn't hug the wall. Apparently there's a difference between wall huggers and zero clearance wall huggers. Would have been happy to exchange, but since I ordered manual levers instead of power, it was considered 'custom'. Wanted to charge me a $450 restocking fee! Since it must fit 8" away from the wall to recline, it doesn't fit my room. I paid a lot of money for this, and am very unhappy. read more

After having a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture, my fiance and I decided to go to Furniture Row. We entered the store disheartened by our previous experience and left the store blown away by the amazing customer service. The Assistant Manager, Jesse, really went above and beyond to ensure that we found what we wanted and received it in an acceptable time frame. Ashley Furniture needs to take a few notes. I've shopped at furniture row before to buy a bedroom set over at Denver Mattress, but this was the first time buying anything from sofa mart and it worked out great they didn't have our puzzle piece sofa at the store so they said it would be one to two weeks, no problem came in, in about one week and we love the sofa's! read more

I have been waiting seven weeks for the most important item in a bedroom set, the bed frame, and was just told after inquiring yet again that it will be at least two more weeks. If the store had to give a 5% discount per week late, I am sure their orders would be fulfilled more timely. I will never shop here again. read more

Had a great experience in the store. Bought a bedroom set and a kitchen table. Told us they would be in, in 2 weeks. Called them after 3 weeks to see where my items were. They said they were waiting on the bed head board and foot board. Said it'd be another 2 weeks before they were in. I asked for them to deliver what they had and they refused saying I'd have to pay another shipping fee which is 150 dollars. I told them I wasn't going to do that. The next day the sales rep we ordered them through called to tell me that the bed was delayed and offered to ship everything else for free. I decided I just wanted the table until the whole bed set was in. They set up a day to deliver it the next weekend. The invoice said they'd call the day before delivery to give a approx. delivery time. Called them twice tonight to find out my delivery time tomorrow since I haven't heard from them all day. Now the store is closed and I never got an answer on what time my table is supposed to be there. Going to have to stay home all day and wait... We were very pleased with our experience at Furniture Row. The manager, Jesse, greeted us when we walked in but did not pressure us at all. We bought a wedge chair for only $50 since it was one without the rest of the sectional. We almost bought a couch, too, but one side of the recliner did not work so we changed our minds. Jesse called to let us know they couldn't figure out why it wasn't working, but he was scheduling the delivery. We got a text for the time and the delivery guys were prompt, professional, and friendly. Overall, outstanding and we couldn't have asked for anything else! read more

We purchased a Futon and couch from them. We had issues with the futon at first and then the couch. I had called at least 4-5 times and each time I was told they would set up a service call and heard nothing. The shortly after I heard a crack on the couch and called again another 3-4 times still yet to hear something from them. I'm so frustrated with this location lack of follow up with their customers.
