Service was good while we made our purchase and the protection warranty. We have had the. sofa and love seat for 1 year and the leather coloring is rubbing off. I bought the cleaning supply from the company as well. Contacted the protection company and they denied my claim because it wasn't a break. The furniture row manger told us sorry. We asked to speak to a regional manager to see if we could get a manufacturer warranty. We have not heard back in 2 weeks . The manger said his hands are tied. They were not tied when they were selling all these useless products. DO NOT BUY from this company! read more

It is a nice store with decent furniture, but like the other lady said in her review, plan on a wait for up to a month or more. The sales person was really nice, my complaint has to do with how long you have to wait for furniture. I wish I had read the previous review before we bought our loveseat and recliner. I was told my loveseat made it, but it will be at least two more weeks before our recliner will be here from their warehouse. Honestly, I will not buy here again. When I typically go buy furniture, I get it now or I give them a couple of days to get it delivered, not a month or longer. read more

Let me first say that the only reason we continue to buy furniture here is because we have a credit line with them and the furniture is decent quality. However, the service sucks and I hope you have time to wait because they will inevitably screw something up and you won't get your furniture for a month or more. This is absolutely ridiculous! We recently bought a dining set and the table did not come with the hardware. We had already waited 2 weeks by that point. So they told us they would put a rush on ordering a new table with new hardware. Called today (day it was supposed to get to the store) and it wasn't on the truck. Now we're up to another week. So by the time we are able to eat on a decent table will be a month. And we had to eat Easter dinner at a plastic craft table because our table is unable to be assembled without the proper hardware. read more

We purchased new living room furniture in February 2021 with a projected delivery date of mid March 2021. We then purchased dining room chairs while waiting on the living room furniture with the same promised date of delivery. Neither purchase arrived in March as indicated and we received no calls indicating there would be another delay. This went on through May 14, 2021 when we finally cancelled the order because the assistant manager in the living room department indicated the order was delayed again this time tentative delivery date mid July 2021. In addition while we were attempting to cancel the order, (which by the way is a 120 mile round trip from our home) the living room department, assistant manager was prepared to cancel my order until he realized we also received 4 small bottles, which included furniture conditioner, glass cleaner, and leather cleaner, part of a protection package we also purchased. The assistant manager informed us that we would have to return the bottles before he could cancel our order. I informed him to cancel our complete order and I would bring the bottles back to the store the following day even though it was a 120 mile round trip. He would not cancel the order. I demanded to speak to another manager in the store or a Corporate Mgr. Our complete cost for both purchases was over $7,000.00 and we paid in full one purchase and a significant down payment on the other purchase up front plus made two payments to the Finance Institution without having any furniture in hand. Another assistant manager (Rick) was more than willing to cancel our complete order and trusted us to bring the bottles back, which we did the following day. Bottom line, they provided tentative delivery dates within a month or so, that never materialized, however fail to inform their customers that it could take up to, and possibly more than, 6 months. There is absolutely no follow-up from the store after the sale. It's a shame this ended this way as we both were looking forward to the purchases we made. We were assisted on both our purchases by sales rep. Sarah. Sarah was absolutely courteous and friendly throughout both our visits, as was assistant manager Rick on our cancellation. read more

Just recently bought a sectional couch, the manager which was also the sales person was amazing, so nice so helpful he did tell us AHEAD of time our couch would be back ordered before we even purchased it and we still decided to wait for it bc we really liked it so we they we're super upfront with us in the beginning! I guess we're either extremely lucky or the incidents described here by other people were isolated incidents. We spent almost $6k on a new bedroom set that we absolutely fell in love with. The representatives in the mattress section and bedroom section of the store were patient and courteous during the almost two hours we were in the store. We received our set in less than two weeks (10 days), and even the delivery guys were polite and efficient during setup. read more

I was very disappointed with the Furniture Row experience. The customer service stopped after I bought my merchandise. There was no follow up on delivery. I had to make multiple phone calls to check on delivery and each time was promised a called back but never received one. When delivery came, they didn't take the time to even wipe off the dirty furniture before it was brought into the house. It had an inch of dust and even dead bugs in the cabinets! They put handles on but didn't even open up the shelves and put them in to make sure they were ok and if all the pieces were there. Of course, no follow up phone call to check on delivery or customer satisfaction. I won't visit there again. read more

I wanted to give an update on my experience with Furniture Row. I purchased a bed room set, and 3 piece desk. I paid a little over $3,500 . Before I made the purchase I made sure the furniture could be delivered by a specific date. I was assured by the manager that would not be a problem. I asked this again before I paid for the furniture. Again I was assured this would happen. The day before the delivery I called the store to learn none of the desk had arrived. After speaking to the store manager and someone from corporate I was told that I could be refunded but it would take up to 2 weeks. After many lengthy phone calls I am agreed to have the partial shipment delivered. On the day of the delivery they ran in to my front door frame of my home and damaged my front door frame and tv dresser. I was then told it would be 2 weeks before they could replace it. They delivery personnel did not bring tools needed and has to leave. After they came the second rime they ran out of screws in the bed and did not complete the job. Later I had to help move the furniture due to one of the guys did not come back. I have attached photos below. Do not buy anything from this store. You will regret it! They will tell you what ever they need to in order to make a sale. The store manager told me they will have to file a report on damaging my home but would give no explanation of when and how if they would fix the door frame. This is how they treat paying customers. So now I am stuck making these repairs costing me more money. read more

We will absolutely never shop here again after our experience. We ordered a $2700 couch and love seat set and were told it would be delivered a week later. The next week we get the correct colored love seat and the wrong colored couch! The solution was to let us keep the wrong couch until they could get us the correct one. With family and friends coming in to visit, this wasn't something we were very happy with, but we dealt with it. We were assured that they would deliver our new couch the day that the shipment came in because it was a mix up on their part. They did not do that. When we finally got a new delivery time set up (after much hassle because they didn't want to work with our schedule they wanted to work with theirs) they delivered our couch. THE WRONG ONE AGAIN! When asked exactly how they were going to compensate us for this ridiculousness they told us that they would get us the correct couch. Well of course you are because that's what we paid for! We requested an early delivery date or some sort of financial compensation and their way of handling it was to not call us back and ignore us. I had to call them back just to be told that our couch would not arrive until the following Monday. I requested a manager higher up than the one I was dealing with and they gave me the number to a man named Shaun. Shaun has received 3 messages from my husband and I and has yet to return our calls. Here we are on Monday and no one has bothered to contact us to set up delivery. The incompetence of this store is absolutely unbelievable! read more
