I grabbed it and as we were walking to the next section the sales lady says "do you want me to hold that at the register until you're done looking around?" We were the only people asked that. I politely decline and she proceeds to watch us as we shop never too far behind us as we walk around. Sucks because there were a few interesting things I would have gotten if not for her.

I have purchased many Rustic pieces from OKC to the Dallas farmers market. When I was in College I actually worked at the Rustic Furniture Store at the Dallas Farmers Market for a little while. I'm pretty much an expert on the process. Most of its imported from Mexico & I spend a great deal of time down there also. Anyhoo, some of the pieces here are very similar to what I am used to seeing & purchasing. However, their prices are just way to high here currently compared to Oklahoma/Texas. We explained right off the bat that we were building there and would not be down until May. Shannon said no problem as long as we put down a deposit they can hold the furniture. I put down 1000, deposit, then a few weeks later added 600, when they called stating the manager would like something more to continue to hold the order. It is May, we have closed on the home and I paid the 15000 bill for Rooms to go in full. Called to schedule delivery only to find out they only have part of my order. They did not hold it. We have sold everything and are moving there with clothing and pets only. They said they can deliver what they have next week, then another piece a week later, then another piece in JULY, no I am not joking and the final piece in September. Are you kidding me? I have bought a lot of furniture in my 53 years on this earth and have never heard of such business practices. Never. It is dirty and it is underhanded and obviously we will never spend another dime there. How disappointing .
