It is mostly clothes that I would say are fairly priced and they do have a HUGE selection. There shelves were very low on home goods and they just had a few pieces of furniture, but what they had was nice and well-staged. At the back of the store, there is an ADORABLE vintage Mickey Mouse clock. There is no signage to say price or if it is for sale or not. I assumed not, but on my way out, I did ask the two associates at the front (younger blonde-ish lady and middle-aged darker haired lady) if it happened to be for sale. I was completely fine with a no being the answer, but the darker haired lady responded "If you want to give me $1,000 you can have it." Again, I was totally fine with a no, and assumed it probably was not for sale, I just LOVE Mickey Mouse so I wanted to be sure because it isn't every day you see something so cool. I laughed a bit at the response and headed out at that point. The same clock is available on Ebay for $250, but I would have preferred Salvation Army get paid than some random person on Ebay. After leaving, a friend informed me that a majority of the items I had noticed when I walked in that were so nicely staged, are apparently also not for sale. And that staff being turned off by people asking about prices on those items often result in the same attitude back that I experienced. Again, totally fine if you don't want to sell people things, but signs would be nice or a kind response when people ask. I am a pretty firm believer in signage goes a long way, so if staff is going to be put off by people asking if something is or isn't for sale, I would recommend adding some "not for sale" signs around the store. No reason to be snarky with people asking if things are available or not. There are probably better options of places to shop and have a better experience with staff and a more straightforward shopping experience-and where you can still support great causes!

I never knew this wonderful market existed in downtown Lancaster until today. It is tucked away…read morearound the corner from the historic Main St shopping area. On street parking was plentiful. Everything in this market is sourced from local Ohio artisans and vendors. They have a small selection each of lots of different types of things. They sell jewelry, candles, baked goods, wines, dairy, meats and handmade crafts - among other things. I picked up a sweet handmade baby bib for a gift and could not leave without trying a "monster" cookie from a local home baker. They also run a farmers market which starts the first week in May in downtown Lancaster. A perfect place to shop local.

I spent a good half hour here when I was in Lancaster, just wandering the aisles. By the time I was done, my basket was full of goodies, like granola, honey, chips and hand pies. Keller Market House sells everything from fresh-cut flowers to meat to home cleaning products to baked goods and more. They have a nice little section of fresh produce, which, when I visited, was mostly squashes, potatoes and other winter vegetables. They have lots of gluten-free goods, and I picked up some maple crunchy things as a gift for a gluten-free person I knew. The people who work here are very friendly, and the store is amazingly clean and organized. It also smells really good!

The Pickerington Christian Ministerial Association, PCMA, provides food assistance once a month to…read moreall eligible residents in the Pickerington Local School District. I've been volunteering at this food pantry for 6 months as a volunteer shopper. The fourth Monday of every month is my scheduled night to help clients shop for food; if more volunteers are needed, this is the place I always help if I can. Gessica, head of the pantry, has a boundless heart! Yes, stressed out, sometimes overworked, she still has a smile on her face. This non-profit venture could use a few enhancements, such as SPACE! Lots of donations go in and out off PCMA, and they never have enough properly needed space to store supplies and food. I wish them well, as they continue to service more people in the Pickerington area. I'm glad I'm able to volunteer with this awesome org, and dish a fantastic group of people!

I don't understand half of the comments this 1-star reviewer said. Sounds like he/ she felt ill-will toward somebody. The only problem I have seen over the years (also experienced by most other residential care facilities) is a higher than average employee turnover rate because of low government funding, resulting in wages and benefits that need to be increased. Again, these are across-the-board issues with almost all residential facilities of this kind. As a parent and guardian, if I didn't think this ICF was worthy, my son would not be there.
