We could come get some Revolution flea treatment, then bring the poor cat in two weeks. And when Dr Busby finally called us back we discovered where the staff, apparently, gets the irritable rude attitude. Will be happy to take our pets anywhere but Blue Ridge.

I have waited on hold longer than 15 minutes to ask questions about introducing a kitten into our home, only to be told they'll have to call me back. I still haven't received that call and that was over 7 hours ago. They get two stars because when they spayed our older cat they did an excellent job and administered pain meds which a lot of vets do not do. They did a biopsy on a growth on another cat of ours and never called with the results. I am switching vet offices after today, I find it super unprofessional that they can't treat the people on the phone the way they do their patients in the office.

You walk in and they have a mangrove tank with rare sting rays. I'm a reef keeper but always amazed at this tank. Moving on, they have 8 or so tanks full of all kinds of coral. When I stopped in yesterday they had an excellent assortment of SPS, and at great prices. They also have 15 or so tanks stocked with fish. The store isn't the cleanest one I've been in, but it seems well maintained. Oh and they've recently added jellyfish displays which were so cool. Strongly recommend this store.
