She recommended the appropriate care at a reasonable price. Now he's sick again and it's the end of the week and we took him up there right as they opened. We were he first client the doctor saw and she recommended different care this time at a very reasonable price. Asked if we wanted an estimate for the treatment and wanted to do what was best for the cat and us. Have a lot of faith in this new veterinarian (to us). Our boy was dropped off for treatment and will spend the night there. We expect to hear from the veterinarian later. Very communicative with owners. Military discounts. Close to home.

we had loved Dr Myers for years she had taken care of our Yorkie since we got him 9 years ago. we…read moretook him in for his shots last march. her assistant came our for our small dog and when he slipped his neck from her leash, she came back and drug his body with a choke chain as he layer on the floor. he was terrified. when she brought him out later she told me she was unable to give him his exam and told me to sedate him before I brought him back. when I complained about his treatment she gave me his papers and said to find another vet. $300 for this treatment.... please do not trust the staff to be kind to your animals.

Before, she was unable to be near other dogs, couldn't let her off leash unless we were completely alone, and constantly worried about her in public. He taught us how to correctly read her and understand her so we could then set her up for success. He used lots of desensitization, counter-conditioning, and reinforcing positive decisions to communicate to her the correct response to things that scared her. We are able to reinforce her trust in us now, and now have gained priceless knowledge for both ourselves and her. She has been able to greatly reduce any anxiety and stress she has and we now have a much stronger bond and can see a visible difference in her. We are thrilled with the work Clint did with her and how he gave her and us the training to allow her to live in a much happier, stress-free, and confident place.

Because they weren't sure if my dog had something contagious they examined Max at my car, which I thought was awesome. Dr. Kallam and her assistant (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) were so very kind, caring, and thorough. They were very gentle and sweet with my fur baby and that meant a lot to me. We have boarded our dog here several times. At first it seemed all went well. Something has…read morechanged. When we picked up our dog, her bed had been urinated on. This had not happened before. We talked with the kennel manager because we were concerned she was not being taken out in a timely manner. Awhile later, this same situation occurred again. We were told they were treating her properly and this could happen. We had to unexpectedly board her 2 days this week and when we picked her up this morning, her bed was given to us wrapped in trash bags and we were told we needed to wash it that she had urinated on it. When we got home and unwrapped the bed, not only was it wreaking of urine, there was poop all over it and it was way past needing a wash. It appeared our dog had laid in this. Also, we took her food and there was food remaining in her bag so we're not sure if she was being fed properly. We got a new bed and will not be going back. We feel that our dog was neglected at this facility.
