I even had a bunch of flowers snatched off me by a member of staff before 9pm which she then took to the check out and bought herself. Shockingly self-serving store, and the managers fully support the staff in the illegal practice of hiding reduced items for their own benefit. Shame on you Waitrose, the behaviour of your opportunistic staff in this store is an embarrassment!

There is a great instore butcher, who is very keen to help you try something new or recommend cheaper cuts and how to cook them! Let's face it, Waitrose is quite an expensive place to shop, but they have started doing dine in for £10 and they have a nice selection of food included! If you like fish, the fish counter is appealing but not as friendly as the butcher! There is an instore bakery, but i'd rather use the bakers across the way! If you need a break after shopping the cafe by the entrance is reasonably priced and worth a look, very child friendly! You get 2hours free parking in the car park, they do have an attendant i noticed so be ware if you want to park and go elsewhere!

The stock in the shop changes regularly so I would reccomend getting something if you see it as it may not be there next time. The quality of the stock ranges from completely rubbish that actually isn;t even worth a pound to stock that is worth much more, so you have to know what to buy and what to leave.

A good selection of fruit and vegetables and plenty of fresh meat, with some cheaper options if you can't afford to spend alot of money on good quality meat joints. Plenty of healthy options and nice to see Waitrose bringing in more and more vegan/specialist food alternatives. Very well sized alcoholic beverages section.
