I am most satisfied with Tien being our wedding videographer! The communication: Deepa, the manager was very prompt in responding all my questions and was so considerate in offering his opinion based on my wedding plan and schedule. I almost immediately decided I would sign the contract. Tien was then quickly in touch with me and went through everything. Since I booked Tien last minute and my schedule changed a week before, I was afraid that we did not communicate well enough. But on the day of the wedding! Tien was so professional and you could hardly feel that he was there. He was always smiling and was very considerate and patient. He gave us many great tips in filming and how to get the best poses. I have to say I was lucky to have Tien there with us on the very special day. The film he produced is very artistic and romantic. It almost feels like a movie at the beginning. You can tell from my very blurry shots on my phone from the laptop. But still, It does not do his work in justice! We love Fusion Moments!!! We booked Fusion Moments for our wedding photography & videography. We felt we got a great deal with our package that included 2 photographers & 2 videographers for our wedding + a photo gallery + highlights video + documentary + engagement photoshoot. The communication from start to finish was great. We met our lead photographer, Joe, during a video call before our engagement shoot where he introduced himself and shared his photography background and got to know us a little more & asked us about our love story. Our engagement shoot was so much fun and Joe was down to try out different ideas for different shots. My wedding coordinator and I met with the rest of our photo/video team at a final meeting the week of our wedding to review our shot list. They actively listened to all of my specific requests and also offered their helpful suggestions as well. I think it was incredibly important that we felt super comfortable with the photo & video team since we spent the most time with them throughout our wedding day. The team at Fusion Moments produced a spectacular documentary edit of our wedding, and their entire team was a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for an awesome team to capture your wedding on video, look no further. Deepa was very responsive when we first contacted him. He clearly explained the different packages and was happy to work with us to make a "rush edit" of our film. He also provided a number of terrific vendor recommendations for the Indian ceremony at our wedding! A couple of weeks before the wedding, we were contacted by Tien, our videographer. He spoke to me at length to understand the vibe of the wedding, the important events, and the moments we wanted captured. We could tell on the wedding day that Tien was a gifted videographer, working with the light, the scenery, and the decor to put together absolutely amazing montages for the cut scenes and transitions in the final video and working to capture all the best angles during the wedding itself. We should also note that we hardly noticed that Tien was there; he stepped in with direction only when necessary and largely let us do our thing. John and Susan did a great job producing the rush edit for our film, getting us one complete version quickly and then working with us to make sure all of the video and sound was perfect before creating the final Blu-Ray disc. This included integrating our music selections and choosing the best microphone feeds for each part of the ceremony, which is no small feat. The cover for the Blu-Ray is itself a beautiful keepsake, and the quality of the final film was simply breathtaking. We weren't totally sure that a full wedding video would be necessary or valuable, but we are SO glad in retrospect that we decided to get one to relive the beautiful memories of the day and share the special moments with those who couldn't attend. read more

This review is for Deepa and Tien at Fusion Moments Media. I first came across the wonderful team at Fusion Moments Media right here on Yelp. The reviews were very positive and promising, but I knew my chances of working with them were slim considering I reached out only a few weeks before my wedding day! Nevertheless, I took my chances and emailed Deepa. Deepa must be a superhuman because he got back to me at a lightning speed (I am talking a matter of minutes here), and told me that he could make it work. My lucky day! His communication style is exceptional--he was extremely prompt and helpful throughout the entire process. He connected us to our wonderful videographer Tien to discuss our vision, and within just a couple days everything was ready to go and I could just focus on being a bride! Let me tell you, there is nothing more stress-relieving than knowing you hired good people who you can trust on your wedding day. On the actual big day, Tien arrived early and was everything we could have hoped for. He was kind, professional, and most importantly, unobtrusive. I don't even know how or when he captured half of the shots all by himself but he did. The video quality was top notch and my entire wedding party loved working with him. We hired fusion moments for our wedding videography. From the very beginning trying to figure out what plan works the best with our budget, Deepa was very patient and helpful with all our emails, questions and invoice revisions. We video chatted with our main videographer, Tyler, before the wedding to cover the basics and what's important for us. He was very kind, listening carefully. We liked how calm and confident he was. On the wedding day, Tyler and his assistant showed up right on-time and went straight to shooting without wasting any time. They took many shots from difference scenes but at the same time stayed out of the way (especially with bride and the girls getting ready). They head headsets which made it easier communicating while trying to do our first look. Overall, very organized, calm, professional through out the day. The editing part was also fun for us. We requested few things, scene and songs we wanted to make sure are included or cut out. They (our contact was Susan) made the video available online for us to review. So it was great watching it before they burn the DVDs. We went through few rounds of revision and most of it was the bride being picky. They took all feedback and changes and turned around the updated video very quickly. We even asked for a short few minutes dancing clip to share on FB with friends and they provided it right away with a smile.
