When I arrived, the cashier acknowledged that they had the product -- but for reasons never clearly explained, he refused to sell it to me. I was a paying customer, ready to purchase, and yet I was met with vague excuses and unhelpful attitude. What I don't understand is why a business would withhold merchandise from someone who called in advance, made the effort to come in person, and was ready to buy. It felt like a complete waste of time, gas, and energy. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values basic customer service or transparency.

I went in today because my bo stopped working. They tried to fix it and nothing. They asked me what i charged it with and i had been using the pod from my i phone. I had fried my last bo and bought this one Monday. They let me know that i can't use that pod bc it will fry the battery. It was my fault clearly for frying the vape and they simply just replaced the mod and didn't charge me even though it was my fault. They even gave me a new pod to charge it on so it doesn't happen again. They were so nice about it and made the whole thing so easy. Another good thing is there point system.
