Booked a couples massage in October and the service was great. The room used is spacious and quiet. The tables are heated and the therapists did a fantastic job! My massage with with Travis who was kind and open to the fact that I wanted only upper body treatment. His deep tissue massage is on point! The rest of the day I was relaxed without being super sore the next day. The front staff was kind and welcoming. I definitely recommend Fusion for massage services! read more

Sooooo amazing!! I went for a facial (my first one because ive always had clear amaizng skin till the last few months) not knowing what kind I wanted or what to really excpect but Tasha was great and helped me pick the best one for my skin. Had extraction of my pores and although it was a bit uncomfortable it was worth it and was was followed up by a facial with a massage which was a BONUS !! love this place and deffently will be back. read more

I went in with straightened shoulder length hair and told her I didn't want it too short but she was free to do anything else. I could not have been more pleased. My express shellac manicure and deep tissue massage were excellent. Exactly what I needed. My "deluxe" pedicure however, was awful. I get a pedicure for two reasons: to remove callouses and paint my nails. The technician spent about 15 seconds or so on each foot and did not at all remove my callouses, and the paint is uneven and sloppy. Otherwise great place. read more

Received a gift card from friends for Fusion. Called for an appt and they told me my gift card could not be used. No explanation why, the card was valued at $150. After many calls and discusses with their manager, they finally agreed I could use the gift card. My service did not cost the total of the card, I thought they would re-issue a revised card with the remainder on the card for a later use. That did not happen, they told me I lost the remainder. I am very confused by any business that does not recognize money is money, money does not expire. Gift cards are purchased with money! Never will recommend Fusion. Definitely will not ever use their services again. Sad really their therapist, not managers, massage and eyebrow services were very good. read more

She goes above and beyond to make sure for the health and well being of her clients. I appreciate her help and will continue to go see her. She really is the best massage therapist I've seen! The ladies who work here are great. It's the management and policies that are awful. I needed to cancel an appointment last minute due to a family emergency. At first I called and pushed the appt back a few hours and then as the time got closer I realized I wasnt going to be able to make it. When I explained my reason the girl said "I'll have to charge you for the appt. we require 24 hrs notice." (They take your cc info when you make an appt and keep it on file for this reason, which I also don't like.) I said "I've spend hundreds of dollars here over the last two years... Do you really need to charge me? This is a family emergency!" She went to get the manager who very curtly told me the best she could do was reschedule my appt if they didn't charge me for today. I told her I didn't know when I could schedule it because, again, I have a FAMILY EMERGENCY on my hands. My voice was calm and polite but I repeated to her that I'm a long time customer. Can you cut me some slack here? Apparently not. She became rude and started talking over me telling me it was their policy, I don't have to start an argument, etc. I was incredulous!! I was not starting an argument - just asking for some understanding and God forbid, some compassion! I politely told her that she would loose a long time customer but to go ahead and charge me because I will never be back. SMH... incredible. I had heard over the last year that the turnover there is very high and after dealing with this manager, I can see why. There's too much competition out there. Go someplace else! read more

My first visit to this salon was for an hour long massage. My therapist was Ben C. and my massage was excellent. I've had many different massages at several places/cities and this was one of the best. He did exactly what I needed. I will return for another soon. Highly recommend! read more

Several women I know recommend Fusion. The woman who cut my hair did not introduce herself nor speak to me. I found out her name because the guy next to her said it. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted and my cut didnt even come close. I also had a massage the same night by someone who again did not introduce herself to me. was supposed to be scheduled for deluxe pedi and mani, there was a mix up somewhere and I only got an express pedi-which is essentially painting the toes, then since I asked for shellac on my fingernails (since they wont do it on the toes) that's all I got with the mani - the shellac painted which is supposedly because you cant use oils prior to the shellac, but I have had it done elsewhere. SO here I was thinking I was going to get fixed up before my upcoming trip to florida and this is what I get. I did get my eyebrows waxed also. I only went there bc I had gift certificates and I still had to pay 72$ for what I got. I still have about 75$ left if anyone wants to buy it. I do think it is ridiculous if you cant make your appointment that you are charged. One reason I am so upset is because I schedule surgery for people-that's my job- I cant screw that up or people are not happy- so when it happens to me I probably have less patience than most. read more
