Sara absolutely rose to the occasion. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to walk me through the process, answer my questions, and make sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her attention to detail was amazing, and it was clear how much care she put into her work. When I saw the finished design, I was completely blown away. The sleeves looked stunning and far exceeded my expectations. I couldn't wait to show them off, and my friends were just as impressed. So many people thought they were real tattoos because the work was that convincing. I loved the result so much that I'm genuinely considering getting the design tattooed permanently. I cannot recommend Sara highly enough. Her talent, professionalism, and warmth made the entire experience wonderful, and she will be the first person I call for any future henna work.

I purchased their henna because of the many positive reviews and the company's reputation for using quality ingredients. I didn't mind paying a premium price because I believed I was getting a premium product. Unfortunately, the henna I received was unusable. It was extremely watery and could not produce a solid, consistent line, making it impossible to create clean designs. As someone who regularly does henna with my daughters and is active in my local henna community, I know how properly mixed henna should perform. As instructed, I immediately stored the henna in the freezer upon arrival. We had purchased it for an Easter event, so we didn't test it beforehand. In all the years I've used henna, I've never received a cone that performed like this, so it never occurred to me that I needed to test it before the event. When we finally used it, it became obvious that something was wrong. Sarahenna's policy allowed one month to report an issue, and I contacted them within that timeframe. When I reached out, customer service told me the problem was due to improper storage rather than the product itself. That simply wasn't the case. I even offered to return all of the henna so they could inspect it, but they declined and refused to provide either a refund or an exchange. I also considered the possibility that I had simply received a bad batch and was willing to give the company another chance. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue, they dismissed my concerns and offered no meaningful solution. I do want to clarify one point for fairness: they did send a follow-up email, but it ended up in my spam folder, so I didn't see it at the time. By the time I discovered it, I had already been busy with end-of-school activities, the start of summer, and family commitments, and too much time had passed. However, that doesn't change the fact that I initially reported the issue within their stated reporting window or that my concerns about the product and the lack of a satisfactory resolution remain. Because of both the poor product I received and the disappointing customer service, I can't recommend Sarahenna. I frequently get asked by clients and members of several henna groups for DIY henna recommendations, and I also share reviews on social media. I'll be posting a demonstration showing exactly how this henna performs so others can make an informed decision. One thing that also concerns me is the overwhelmingly high ratings. After my daughter left a negative review describing her experience, it later disappeared or was no longer visible. I don't know why it was removed, and I'm not claiming the company was responsible, but it did leave me wondering whether negative customer experiences are being fully represented. If your experience is different, that's great. Mine, however, was disappointing from start to finish, and I hope the company chooses to stand behind its products more effectively in the future.
